Where to stay with pets in Bad Grund

Changing warm dishes, lots of homemade spreads and raw bread left nothing to be desired and that's why we extended another night. The saunas are also great and you feel in excellent hands with all the staff

The dinner is a 3-course menu with a raw vegetable soup as a starter, zucchini noodles with tomato sauce and vegetables as the main course and as a dessert there was a gluten-free cake with nut base and avocado / cashew cream

Yoga / meditation over several days is also offered. The staff was very nice and the price-performance ratio was very good. So the perfect program for a week or a weekend to relax and unwind from everyday stress

Everything is prepared by ourselves and made with a lot of love. The hotel also has several saunas and a swimming pool. The Harz is right next to the front door and there are wonderful hiking trails

For breakfast there is, for example, a fresh green smoothie made from spinach, celery and wild herbs (everything from our own garden) as well as orange and apple

The search for vegan hotels where you don't have to worry about anything has turned out to be difficult in Germany, but everything was right here

I was there for the 4th time this year last week on a short vacation. It was nice again, you just have to follow the rules. If everything gets better with Corona, I'll be there again soon

But apart from the dust it was clean. Only unfortunately a bit disappointing, if you have seen the beautiful, new bathrooms on the pictures on the homepage. The rooms also look super modern and renovated in the pictures

He was very friendly and personable, which his appearance in jogging pants made up for. The exterior also needs some maintenance. The aggregate concrete slabs that lead to the house are loose and wobble a lot

The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of parking spaces. The children's playroom is unfortunately pretty bleak. No nice wall decoration, furniture looks thrown together. Not a nice place for children

In fact, this matter had been resolved in advance and you know what happens next, but when I asked about my updated travel circumstances at the hotel, I was told that they would take care of it and get back to you - the same day! This proactive communication was exemplary - and on the day of actual arrival, a promise of goodwill was given!!! As soon as I return to the Goslar area, I will book here...

The staff at the kitchen are very polite and helpful, they are very nice and approached you and greet, I am comfortable when I came inside every breakfast and dinner because they are accomodated

Unfortunately the room does not seem to be well looked after: - The handle on the sliding door was loose - The shower hose was broken so water sprayed out of the hole - The toilet paper holder was patched with a paper clip - Very large cobwebs in the room The new bar is really nicely designed and actually really cool to end the evening

We stayed spontaneously here for a night with 2 children and our dog. Pleasant surroundings, 2 swim lakes makenup for the indoor pool being closed (covid regs). Food was more than okay for inclusive buffet

Very nice hotel right on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. We had a great room with a view of the Bocksberg. The nice employee at the reception and in the breakfast room fulfilled all wishes

In the evenings in particular, we really enjoyed the couches. From the balcony we could see the Bocksberg. Breakfast is solid, rolls, eggs and everything you like

We visited the restaurant. It was very authentic and cosy. As a Dane I would even describe it as ‘hyggelig’ 😄 We had the big schnitzel with mushroom. It was lovely and fairly priced 👌

Discovered today by chance on the Harz bike tour. Great terrace with a view of the Innerste dam. A very friendly Dutch owner couple and just as nice, friendly service. Is highly recommended for a visit.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, but the routes were! The Dutch owner who bought the place a year ago and the Italian chef are friendly and loves to hang out for a chat in the late hours

Tip: if you like a surprise or can't choose, then ask the chef to make you a surprise meal. I asked for a pasta, saying no more or less than that

After an absolutely delicious ice cream, we asked if we could also order food as non-hotel guests. No problem, tasty and nicely presented

They made us an early breakfast when we needed it on a saturday. Nice rooms and temperature in The rooms. Good price and a beautiful enviroment.

The only downside was the division. We had a connecting family room and had to go through the daughter's room to get to the bathroom. The breakfast was good and the attached restaurant was delicious

She was constantly pushing us to eat faster during dinner (on both nights as dinner was included in stay) in order to allow time for the next course as the kitchen was closing (at 20:30!!) Quite hard to keep your calm and your appetite with someone like this

Our 2 nights stay was in general enjoyable. The apartament was big and clean, the food was quite good. However the Lady with a white strand of hair was very rude and unwelcoming

My wife and I have visited twice in a very short space of time. The first time a long weekend and the second a week. Right on the Hexenstieg and other hiking trails. Very centrally located to explore the Harz Mountains

It said in the text that pets are welcome and there are no additional costs. It is then not possible that you have to pay for it on site

Brocken can be reached quickly, equal to the two golf courses. Bad Harzburg fast 30 minutes with a slow drive. Good breakfast served at the table. Extra wishes are gladly fulfilled. The dinner tasted really good

Conclusion: We are already looking forward to the next opportunity when we can drive to the Harz - we will definitely come to the organic hotel "Zum Forsthaus"! All the best, dear family Weiss!!!!

Located conviniently near the motorway. Good WiFi that also works in the room. Nice breakfast with a surprisingly nice view over fields and a little village.

Rooms are fine, location ok when you Need a place to sleep when travelling. But they Need to clean the tales after other guests brwakfast, not nice to look at messy tales when having breakfast

Also perfect for anybody charging their Tesla as the charging station is literally a hundred yards away from the hotel. Beds are firm which we like so we slept very well here

Great location, right in the old centre of Goslar. The entrance to the hotel is on the side of the church, not the big black door which used to be the entrance to the building, probably from earlier times

My wife daughter and I picked this hotel as it was close to the mine museum. It turned out to be a real gem. The rooms were very clean and bright and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Would definitely recommend and we all said we would return if we ever visit this region of Germany again

We have stayed at this spectacular hotel almost every year since 2006, our first choice when traveling in Germany. The rooms are fantastic with an outstanding atmosphere, spacious, comfortable and very nice decorated

Only thing - the pool was located at another hotel 25 meters from Kaiserwiorth and much smaller and not so nice facilities as showed on the pictures

Very unusually the coffee was not from a machine but was real coffee served in a thermos on the table - big praise for that! The dinner restaurant was not on the same level, but ok for the price (I was there on a group trip with SKAN travel)

Close to historical town. I was told there was a pool but didn't use it. Room is good size for solo travels with a small refrig. Clean. There is breakfast service but I didn't try it.

Is a home for assisted living and a hotel. As a hotel guest, I felt very welcome there. The rooms and apartments were furnished to a high standard. The location is very central and quiet. I can only recommend.

There are still special Corona measures that were NOT communicated in advance: NO breakfast buffet, although this is shown on the hotel's homepage, instead "allocation" of sausage and cheese, fitness room only accessible after a Corona test

The room was big and had a very cozy vibe to it. You really wanted to stay in there just because it was so nice. Breakfast was splendid, and we enjoyed a lot of good options. Oh, and charging you EV is no problem at all

But the hammer is probably the breakfast, which was included in the total price. Many things from the region and very rich. DELICIOUS and please keep it up. We felt very well looked after and cared for all around

What was also very positive for us was that the hotel parking spaces are free of charge and two of them have an electrical connection for electric vehicles, so we were able to recharge our PHEV immediately
