Absolutely rubbish this place is, don't even think about it especially if you are a vegetarian, they will not accommodate you in any way even though they are in the service industry... instead you will get to hear..."your problem" or get it for yourself!! Ridiculous. It was the worst choice. There are no bathroom amenities too like conditioners, body lotion etc and they charge you more than the other good hotels where the service is also good and people are also polite. I could anot cancel my stay and get a refund else I would have
Hampton by Hilton is a much better choice they are more reasonably priced and also provide all the amenities and good breakfast, even for vegetarians.
Also the bathroom and rooms are too old . The linen is torn. This is a genuinely pathetic service and an absolute rubbish hotel.

This hotel is located in a very nice area it's quiet and very clean. Breakfast has variety. Its also close to public transport and there are many good restaurants nearby. Helpful staff.

A/C is problematic for people who suffer from heat. It works very low.
Beds are not comfortable at all and the pillows are the worst I've ever seen.

Good location, large rooms, very clean, modern furniture, no mini bar but water, coffee and tea, etc.
Breakfast: no fish, no information about ingredients (allergies...), etc.
Small beds, no tub (mostly showers)...

Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful rooms; very comfortable. No street noise. Breakfast is excellent with eggs, bacon and a variety of other foods. No washcloths.

The Alexander am Zoo is a very nice Hotel that is well worth its 4 stars.
Very quiet location, directly at the Frankfurt Zoo. The Lobby exudes tranquility.
The staff is very nice and helpful. For our pre-logged-on, small dog Bowl with his name stand out in the room.
The Breakfast was very plentiful and the Breakfast room had a peaceful atmosphere.
Here I will come here again and again.
