I received a warm welcome from both receptionists especially Mhretab. I had numerous questions and he answered them; he assisted me in navigating through Frankfurt. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of food to choose from.
My room was spotless and I enjoyed its spaciousness. The staff are extremely hardworking; they are excellent. As a New Yorker and solo traveler, I felt comfortable. Cristina and Christine( both waitresses) really warm my heart. I am in love with this place and with the people. I am definitely coming back with my family.

Great location as it’s walking distance from the train station and shopping area. Room was clean and the place looks new. Breakfast selection was decent as well. The only issue was the aircon was dripping due to condensation. Otherwise the front desk (including Hemant) was generally friendly and welcoming. I would rate the place 4.5 stars

Hotel Avani is wonderful! The decor was modern and elegant, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, providing great comfort. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options, including delicious made-to-order omelets.

So far I have had two business trips to this Avani and I can recommend it. The hotel is very modern and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Marco at the reception both served me and served me drinks on my last visit. He seemed very nice and competent to me. The Avani hotels belong to the Discovery Club, like the Kempinskis, for example. Strangely, the bonus points were not credited to my account today. But that is the only thing that has not worked out during my stays. Otherwise I always had a good time there. I would be happy to come back.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the Avani hotel considering the price I paid. We are here for 7 nights, so we wanted to make sure we got a solid hotel. The rooms are decent, although there's mold around the shower. Another con is that our window is facing a back alley and whenever the curtains aren’t closed, people from
the buildings can easily see into our window and we can see into theirs. Therefore the privacy just is not as best as it could be. However, the best part about the entire hotel is “The Pantry” dining/bar is exceptional, largely due to the wonderful staff, Cristina and Jason. Their service is consistently excellent, and they truly enhance the experience. I have came downstairs every night of our trip so far just to interact with them because they are such a pleasure to be around. Thank you, Cristina and Jason, for making our stay so much more enjoyable!

Super! Convenient location near the Zeil shopping street. The girl at the reception of Asian appearance (unfortunately I don’t know her name) was very friendly, helped charge the phone and checked into the room 2 hours earlier without additional payment. This is how I understand the level of service. To the rest of the employees we need to follow her example. The room is good, clean, everything you need is there, kettle, coffee maker, shower products. The bed is comfortable, I asked for a quiet room, nothing disturbed my sleep. The ventilation worked a little strangely, sometimes it was cool. The problem with the clogged sink was solved , but they never delivered the other pillow. I bought a ticket for Van Gogh at the hotel, it was the right decision, because there are huge queues at the museum ticket office. I would stay at this hotel again.

EDIT: we have moved rooms and can honestly say its like being in a different hotel. Rooms are clean, fresh, just like what I was expecting when I booked. All I can say is, if you’re unlucky, tell front desk (I complained nicely but had to do it twice, but I’m glad I did; I’ll have a good nights sleep after a horrible afternoon).
ORIGINAL: Dust and crumbs on the room floors, grimy bathrooms with brown filth in the corners of the sink and shower. 35€ extra charge for “pet cleaning” (I have a small dog), this would be fine if the room was clean to start with. No air conditioning so the rooms are little ovens. Never again!

150m from subway/s-bahn station.
good choices of restaurants around.
room was decent. king + sofa bed (would've preferred 2 queen beds or double beds).
affordable price and was able to book 3 days before.
had a gym and sauna.
breakfast buffet was decent on weekdays. on the weekend some items were short. great service from staff.
good covid precautions from staff.
didn't have too many activities for kids. park right across didn't have any playscapes.
view from our room was non existent.
room didn't have ac only ventilation. opening windows helped get external air inside.
