I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are great. There is have a woman could want, lots of mirrors🤩🥰, a coffee machine, you can also make a delicious tea (there are tea options) and not to mention that it is an environmentally friendly hotel. The room key is a sustainable card and not plastic,there is no plastic in the bathroom packaging or in the room accessories. There is also a mini speaker that you can take to take a shower and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor there is a bar with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful lighting, and there is also a pool table. The location is excellent. 5 stars is the least I can give this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars for the service from Alex at the front desk! We stayed here two nights in mid-December. Arrived around 10 am, and Alex made sure we were able to check in early, which was especially welcomed after our overnight flight from the U.S., making sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and made local recommendations.
The rooms were ok...pretty standard for this part of Europe. As others have mentioned, room temperature can be problematic, with no real way to adjust temperature. It was hot...even for two people who live in South Florida. No problem though...we just opened the window and everything was fine.
They have a really nice bar on the second floor with comfy chairs and good drinks. Breakfast was really good too.
Overall, we'd stay here again, and our stay was certainly enhanced by the service from Alex!

Great Location and Comfort in Frankfurt
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Frankfurt. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, with a variety of restaurants just a short walk away.
One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the Christmas market, which was a lovely bonus during the festive season.
The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The moment we walked in the lobby, we were greeted by welcoming staff. Alex assisted our group with check-in and was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location and the entire hotel was clean including our rooms. Only issue with room was the temperature control. Too warm in room and our window did not open.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk who spoke excellent English, we even got an early check-in. Their professionalism and warm welcome set the tone for the rest of the stay.

Very nice hotel, we had a very nice stay. The hotel is located in the central of the city so everything is in walking distance. The rooms and facilities are nice and the people working here are also very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional so if you can get that included in your package, do it!

I am overall satisfied with our stay at Avani. We stayed three nights there, and it was good value for the price. There were some stains on the curtains in our room but otherwise the floor/bed/bathroom seemed clean, it’s just very simple (but they did include a yoga mat in the room). The front desk was very helpful, especially the staff named Alexander. The location was great, we were able to walk to the Altstadt, many restaurants and stores, and it was close to the U-Bahn station. I would stay with them again!

Really nice experience in this hotel! Very good location and facilities are top, the room is perfect. Lovely staff, especially Cristina from reception, she helped us in all we need making our stay PERFECT.

I had an amazing stay at Avani. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing experience. What made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Mehretab. He was incredibly kind, always available to assist with any request, and went out of his way to ensure my visit was perfect. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I received a warm welcome from both receptionists especially Mhretab. I had numerous questions and he answered them; he assisted me in navigating through Frankfurt. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of food to choose from.
My room was spotless and I enjoyed its spaciousness. The staff are extremely hardworking; they are excellent. As a New Yorker and solo traveler, I felt comfortable. Cristina and Christine( both waitresses) really warm my heart. I am in love with this place and with the people. I am definitely coming back with my family.
