very central but the houzse is old and not really renovated. The rooms are LOUD, and there is NO air conditioning - so to sleep with open window was impossible. Some rooms are ok, and some are just very bad and old, tv´s are at LEAST 10 years old. The staff is overwhelmed and some of the people are slowly and clueless. Waited very long at the desk! Not again....

I had a great stay at the hotel - I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were, how clean the rooms were and how great the location was considering how affordable it was. Thanks for a lovely experience :)

One of the worst experience in Germany, when the clean my room, they place my pajamas on the floor after cleaning (no reason to do so, I think they did on purpose), the front desk is also very mean to us (he said he is always busy and have no time for us, just bad attitude overall). Also bad wifi, no signal living on the 3rd floor. Also bad small elevator. The only good thing is the location, very close to main tourist spot.

Prefect location which is close to the central city, shopping malls, and subway stations; rooms are clean with stylish furnitures, despite the imperfect soundproof. What's the best about this hotel is the front desk staff - the lady is super friendly and helpful and always ready for customers' request. Will come back the next time I visit Frankfurt.

Lufthansa cancelled my flight at the last moment. I called the hotel and they told me it was too late to cancel. So they charged me the full amount for 2 nights. Almost $400.
I would have found it reasonable to charge for one night but at the height of tourist season in the middle of Frankfurt I have no doubt they were able to rebook these rooms and so double dipped.

Location excellent. Rooms are decent, but staff apparently doesn't care about anyone. Very unhelpful and rude.
Couldn't even suggest a nearby restaurant or attraction to visit. I felt like we were a bother and they wanted us to leave them alone.

no one on reception from half 10 pm.lost key and nobody there to let us in to.our room.i had my inhaler and other medical supplies which I needed in my room.absolute disgrace for a so called 4 star hotel.told us to.wait till morning.im struggling for breath as I text and cnt get ny inhaler.
