The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Excellent customer service! It is located in a very good location, not far from the city center. It is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from the main street. The rooms are very nice, cozy and clean. Been here twice and both times I had a great time and experience. Recommend 100%

I had been looking for a place to work for a few hours before grabbing lunch with my husband who works nearby. The staff at Elaine's were very friendly and offered to make me a coffee even though it was before they officially opened. When asking where to sit and indicating that I would prefer a quieter place, the staff advised me to take my coffee across the hall to the hotel lobby (where I can use the free WiFi) and work. The atmosphere is great (see photos). I am also very impressed with the restrooms and the fact that they use Aesop! Will definitely book this hotel for my parents when they visit in the future.

Stayed here while on a business trip and had a generally good experience. The hotel is modern and situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with the added convenience of coffee and tea-making facilities, which was a nice touch.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Despite the relatively high price, the options were limited, and I was surprised to find no lactose-free alternatives available.
Additionally, the room lacked toiletries, which is something I usually expect from a hotel at this level.
Overall, it's a great place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in certain areas.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding.
Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower.
Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:)

Last and the worst was the restaurant. The restaurant run by different company.
it says they close midnight but if you go 10:30 surprisingly they can tell you " we are close bevause didn't have enough customer"
Hotels management they should re-think about these system.

Hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The room was very modern, stylish and clean also the location of the hotel was perfect!

Facilities: The room facilities are very new, and there is a Bluetooth speaker at the head of the bed. The room is also quite big
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite clean
Environment: The surrounding environment is also good, close to the train station
Service: To be honest, the service is average. Two people booked two rooms and didn’t know the city tax. After a long chat, it was quite speechless.
Overall, the hotel is still good.

My colleague and I Came on business and are here for 5 nights. Everything is kinda good in the hotel.
However the ac keeps switching off as per timer and we are unable to switch off the timer. Despite complaining every day, wse are not given another room not are they kind enough to come and fix it.
At most times there are students and interns Manning the front desk and they have no power to make decisions or help guests like us
This morning we came again and the lady in the reception is shouting at us for raising the issue every day. She doesn't provide any help or support no empathy when we say wse didn't get did sleep for the past 3 nights.

All perfect except the design of the hotel room. Bathroom and toilet have no locks. And, the shower is actually transparent to the outside! Perfect for couples. But if you don't want your buddy to stick his finger in your 🍑 while showering or sit on your lap while poo poo, better not stay here. 😂😂😂

Great location and design. No lobby to sit in. The attached restaurant is super loud with poor service and slow waiters. The room was beautiful and quiet but there wasn’t hot water both days. Reception said they were fixing it. The next morning the shower was only lukewarm. For the type of hotel and price, you’d expect hot water.
