I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro...
It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay.
The gym was really tiny and cramped so we didn’t use it as we planned to..
Friendly customer service, great location and nice view! And another plus point - the hotel smells really nice!! 👌

We stayed at hotel for one night and everything was absolutely amazing, working team, location, rooms, breakfast and everything. When you're in the rooms you feel the silence and it's perfect and it's near to the city center too.Me and my family loved here so much. Please accept our 5 star and thank you so much for everything. I wish you all the best ❤️

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments.
Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

One of the worst hotels I've been to. Client service on the level of a youth hostel and not a 4* hotel. I have the feeling they hired children to work at the reception instead of hospitality professionals.
They clean rooms only once in 3 days, and when you specifically ask them to clean your room, as you need a fresh towel or something similar, you end up returning in the evening to unclean room again.
Whatever you ask at the reception, the answer is NO.
This is just ridiculous, to provide this crappy level of service in 2025, when elswhere hotels are competing in being customer centric.
The rooms are small, they feel like in a bunker and if you are on lower floors, people from the street can easily see you, there is no privacy.
They clean rooms only once in 3 days, and when you specifically ask them to clean your room, as you need a fresh towel or something similar, you end up returning in the evening to unclean room again.

Excellent customer service! It is located in a very good location, not far from the city center. It is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from the main street. The rooms are very nice, cozy and clean. Been here twice and both times I had a great time and experience. Recommend 100%

I had been looking for a place to work for a few hours before grabbing lunch with my husband who works nearby. The staff at Elaine's were very friendly and offered to make me a coffee even though it was before they officially opened. When asking where to sit and indicating that I would prefer a quieter place, the staff advised me to take my coffee across the hall to the hotel lobby (where I can use the free WiFi) and work. The atmosphere is great (see photos). I am also very impressed with the restrooms and the fact that they use Aesop! Will definitely book this hotel for my parents when they visit in the future.

Stayed here while on a business trip and had a generally good experience. The hotel is modern and situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with the added convenience of coffee and tea-making facilities, which was a nice touch.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Despite the relatively high price, the options were limited, and I was surprised to find no lactose-free alternatives available.
Additionally, the room lacked toiletries, which is something I usually expect from a hotel at this level.
Overall, it's a great place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in certain areas.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding.
Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower.
Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:)

Hotels management they should re-think about these system.
