Second time in this hotel and probably wont come back.
Its kinda old and when you use the bathroom, it doesn't flush well.
Reception first day was good but when I checked out the guy was not very friendly and not helpful at all.
There are better options in Frankfurt to stay.

Great stay! Loved the balcony and nice location next to the botanical gardens. Very clean and we appreciated the complimentary waters. Would recommend! :D

The hotel is old, but cozy. The rooms were big and the service at the front desk really good. However, we were really disappointed by the breakfast. The coffee machine is dirty from the outside and even after a four days’ stay nothing changed. Clean cups are stored on a dirty storage plate on the top of the machine. The fruits and the bread selection were good but everything worked the first come first served way. The tables were not very clean and the bread baskets probably never washed? I am sad to write this review though, since the rest of the hotel has history and could have a grand value in this place.

Shower didn't work in the room. Reception said that this is due to the fact that the house is old. Very old and dysfunctional equipment in the room.

Staying in such a cozy hotel in the winter warms my heart. Even in the cold weather, my heart is full of sunshine. It is a very European hotel. Everything is just right.

My experience during the one night I stayed at the hotel had positive aspects, but also some areas for improvement. The renovated and adapted bathroom was a great success, and during check-out, although the language barrier was evident since the person did not speak English, he was very friendly. He even offered me a room to hold a telematic meeting and store my suitcase, which was a detail that I greatly appreciate. However, the treatment during check-in left something to be desired. The attitude of the receptionist was cold and distant, without a greeting or farewell, something that surprised me considering that it is my fifth visit to Frankfurt and I had never experienced such unwelcoming treatment before. I understand that language can be a barrier, but I do not think it justifies the lack of cordiality.
In general, although there were small details such as stains on the walls and a somewhat uncomfortable cushion, I value the facilities offered and the efforts during check-out.

It was a little scary at night because there were no people on the street, but it was okay because I didn't have to drive around using a rental car!! And the interior and hotel facilities are the best value for money!!

Nice neighborhood, close to the Botanical Garden :)
The room was clean and spacious. Good mattress and pillow. Only the closet had a strong smell, but we didn't have to use it.
