Ibis Budget Hotel

Good and economical hotel with a convenient location to the city center and especially the railway station.
I had a good stay, the breakfast was of the required quality and the quantity was good for the star of the hotel, but overall it could have been more varied.
The rooms were small but perfectly suited the needs of a short business trip. It was pleasantly quiet. For me, who usually spend very little time in hotels, it was a very good choice.
The reception and staff were very polite, efficient, and quick, and there was good order in check-in and check-out.

Clean rooms, good service, and diverse breakfast.

You just know what you get when you go for a ibis. Ist solid and reliable no bad surprises to expect.

Nice hotel. Right by the train station. Short walk into central Bamberg. Quite a few trains going by, I loved that but might be annoying to others.

This is my second staying in this hotel. Clean, well isolated and spotless rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Shower is in the middle of the room but built in a way to respect privacy and intimacy and also the sink. Toilet is in separate place inside the room. From my point of view, the rooms of this Ibis budget are over the standards of the hotel chain. Breakfast is German style and, although, you might miss some kind of pastries and “vienoisserie”, it’s really good enough to start the day with energy. Thanks to Virginia (Spanish speaker) and the rest of the team for their dedicated job. Keep on working so hard and with that nice smile!

Staff was so nice and the rooms were great. The air conditioning was amazing and just enjoyed my short stay completely.

Breakfast is available and while the hotel doesn’t have a bar or cafe, it does have vending machines offering both snacks and beer

Fantastic budget hotel, super close to the city center. Staff is super nice and friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet has all you need. They also have a large open parking lot in the back and snack machines for the evening. Great location. We'll be back.
