Great classical style hotel with a very delicious breakfast. The location is excellent, situated within the walls of the old town.

If I could put six stars for the location, I would. Seriously, this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance of 90% of Nuremberg's best spots. Stepping out of the front door, you can see the entrance to the castle within 30 steps.
Combined with the clean, organized, and comfortable rooms, this is the #1 Hotel in Nuremberg. I would also like to note that the staff are incredibly friendly, and were beyond accommodating to any obstacle we faced. 5+/5

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Nuremberg's historic center and was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city's rich history. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance. And let's not forget about the breakfast – absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuremberg.

Good location, smily face of some stuff especially service and kitchen personel makes great job. Breakfast is one of the best In Europe in it's city hotel category. But reception girl very rude , she shout get of here when we miss check out time although acknowledged them for delay.

Location could hardly be better if you're staying in Nürnberg. Service is friendly and helpful. Large selection of rooms, good breakfast. My hotel of choice if I find myself in Nürnberg and don't have a place to stay.

Always offers a friendly welcome back. Magnificent location next to Dürer Haus, basically at the foot of the castle, in the Altstadt.

Feels like home... an old folk's home with hallways that are way too warm and have ugly carpet. I love the place anyway. Breakfasts are outstanding and the staff are great.

Stay here during a work trip. Nice hotel, good breakfast, WiFi, clean rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff.

It's a decent clean place. The rooms are nice and relatively big. The bath room has a bath tub! The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of foods, including salads, vegetables, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, various teas, and fruit juices. I particularly like the location directly next to the historic city wall.

Pros: Good location
Cons: No hot water during my stay; staff didn't care. Kind of creepy inside. Hotel is not as nice as others I've stayed at nearby.
