Room was oke. Clean. I had a 1 person room you don't see those a lot anymore. But the bed was 120-140 wide so okay.
The breakfast was realy nice with salmon fresh baked eggs and to much to choose from. The staff was very nice.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was good. This was my first stay and I would book this hotel for my next visit.

Over all good
Over all good, the reception is friendly, the place is clean and offers what you expect.
The bed might be a bit to hard for me, but that is a personal thing.
The wifi needs an Update, 2024 and just scraping by on two bars is not acceptable.
Breakfeast was good, but at 20€ pr day it is in the heavy end.
Did not eat dinner at the hotel.

Rooms were very modern and Clean, Location was also good. You could take a bus from Central station to the Hotel.
Negative Aspects would be the Internet connection, it was very poor and i had to log in the browser everytime i wanted to use the internet. and the air conditioner ( it didn't work).

Rooms are dated. The waterpressure in the bathroom either spays you down and the wall behind you or is none existent. Two lamps were broken.
Breakfast was abit pricy and not very good. We came down to breakfast 1,5 hours before the breakfast closed and alot of the food was out at that point We had to tell the two staff members in the dining area that the food was out for them to get more. And it took a long time for them to refill.
The Lounge in the reception area was great. Had a nice vibe to it. The bartender was a real gentleman, and really took his time to make the drinks as good as he could. Very nice! One of the nights it was packed, seems like the hotel doesn't take care of its staff tho because we could see him working really hard not getting a single break for at least 5 hours. Seems weird when there were at least 2 people at the reception in the office behind it just sitting there. Like 10 meters from the bar, and people had to wait 15 minutes for their drinks. Comeon help you colleague!

Didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were mostly at Spiel Essen. Rooms were clean, neat and good quality, with good showers. Hotel was very quiet. When we asked to hold onto our many bags of boardgames it was no problem.
We were considering playing boardgames in the lobby, but the atmosphere and music weren't very good for it and that seemed to have a concensus, as we didn't see anyone else playing here.
To Messe Essen there's an easy bus, and there's one to the station as well. Only late at night there isn't any direct public transit back from the center.
