Young, modern and right in the middle! Breakfast is simple and good. The room is not very big but very practical. Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is modern and fresh and the location is great.

One of the best city hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is right here, be it the room, the location or the breakfast. Very modern cut and furnishings, but that's just my thing. From now on I will every time in Munich. Tip: the room overlooking the courtyard is really VERY quiet... nice.

Great new modern hotel! Very clean and at a great location with multiple options for food, shopping, public transportation. Walking diestance to the parks and city center. Great underground secure garage. Travelled with kids and was very happy with our choice.

Very nice hotel that has everything you need including a delicious breakfast. The location is beyond incredible. Few minute walk to the UB (I between two stations so you have your pick) about 10-15 min walk from English gardens) plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Ideal place for a weekend with friends! The 6-bed room reminds me very good times when we lived in a student dormitory. The sauna was great too! The service was excellent & location is not too far from the center. Overall - very nice experience!

Really excellent value, super clean/functional, super sound proof and loved the clothes hanging spots all across the wall.
Staff was quick & efficient which is perfect on a business trip and breakfast to a good standard.
Only improvement suggestion for us jetlagged business travelers : coffee machines in room, sometimes just want to enjoy one in the quietness of my room.

The room facilities are at the level of Home Inn and All Seasons in China. There is nothing, no refrigerator, no hot water kettle, no toiletries. The breakfast has very few types and is the same every day. After cleaning the room on the first day, my bottle of Liushen was taken away, which is outrageous.
