My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!
AMENITIES BAD
TOILET WASNT NICE AND CLEAN
ROOM SERVICE BASICALLY CHANGING TOWELS AND MAKING UP THE BED
FOOD NO VANITIES TASTES NORMAL

Not bad hotel neither the best
I specifically chose this hotel for its electric vehicle (EV) charging station in the underground parking garage, as stated on their website.
Three days before my arrival, I emailed the hotel to inquire about online check-in, but received no response. I also sent a message through the booking platform, which was also ignored. On the day of my arrival, I had to call the hotel multiple times, and it wasn’t until the fifth attempt that someone finally answered.
When I arrived, the parking garage wouldn’t open. I pressed the call button for assistance, but no one responded. I attempted to park near the hotel to go inside and ask for help, but a staff member quickly approached and told me I couldn’t park there, even though several other cars were in the same area. I explained that the parking garage wouldn’t open, only to be told it was full. When I asked where I should park, I was directed to the Olympia Centrum parking lot, which was 20 minutes away.
In the middle of the night, I spent another 30 minutes trying to locate this parking lot. After finally parking, I had to walk 25 minutes back to the hotel with my luggage. This is not the kind of experience one expects when you book a 4-star hotel.
The next morning, I had to wake up early to walk back to the parking garage to charge my car. When asked at checkout how my stay was, I shared my frustrations. The receptionist apologized and kindly offered a free breakfast, but I had to decline as I was already late. I then had to spend another 1.5 hours walking back to the garage and charging my car — a situation I had booked this hotel specifically to avoid.
This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, and the lack of communication and support from the hotel made it even worse.
Breakfast selection was amazing.
I'd gladly come back again.
Nice location, smooth check-in and out and the breakfast was extraordinary.
It had the best bed we experienced in a long time even though it seemed scary with all the pillows and it being so soft. :)
Bed was not bad, bathroom was ok.
It’s in good location. Metro is just 2-3 minutes walk away distance. You can go directly to historical city center.
Food /Bar staff gets irritated with you when you order then nice when you tip them well. One big negative, two nights in a row...private functions happening in hotel that take all the parking spaces in the garage. It would be nice if a section could be blocked off for guests staying at the hotel. It is an inconvenience when the garage does state guest parking only. Which private functions are guests, but it would be better stated for overnight guests.
We liked the decoration and the bar area of the hotel, very classy and chic. We also really appreciated the quietness of the room, good job have been done in the isolation !
However, for our check in the concierge gave us the keys of the room and no information on top. Generally, you are supposed to give the time table of the breakfast and the main information related to the services of given by the hotel. Additionally, the desk was dusty which is not really professional for the cleaning aspect.
The big advantage was really the breakfast ! There was a lot of different food, very varied and also original ideas and wide choices in the proposed meals to make a difference with other more traditional breakfast that you can usually find in hotels.
This was for us the real perk of this hotel. It was delicious and the area was spacious which is also a really good point when you want to be in a more intimate part of the room.
However we were extremely disappointed with the service.
Indeed, while going to the buffet the concierge who welcomed us to the breakfast, “ran” to us to ask if we already paid in a very insisting way, as we were stealing or something, this made us quite uncomfortable, especially because it was not executed in a discrete manner.
But another waiter was even more disagreeable when I just ask where was the water. He answered in a very snobby way without any friendliness in his face. If we would be disagreeable as well, we would have what we deserve. However, this is not the case, we are respectful and smily clients, so no reason whatsoever to adopted such behaviour.
Then, a lot plates, rest of dishes are left by the client (room service) in the hallway, but not cleaned up. The same plates and rest of food were in our hallway from 10 pm to 8 am in the next day, which is dirty and not hygienic.
We also find mold in the shower, as well as a bug.
At 9h30 on Sunday for our check out, we nicely tell to the male concierge our review, including those flaws and his reaction was the cherry on top.
He basically had no facial expression, no empathy whatsoever. He just kept telling us that we should have said this before so therefore we would have had something in “exchange”. But staying only one night we did not have the chance to tell them earlier, and this was not our attention to have something for free or whatever.
We only wanted to be benevolent by pointing out some areas where it could a bit improve like the cleaning management, which represents for us a major aspect of hotellerie.
To conclude, your hotel has a very good breakfast, which is a very good point for us ! As well as perfect location.
However the lack of professionalism and friendliness of your staff was really unpleasant and we will therefore not recommend your place to our family and company.
Just a smile and a more positive attitude would have made a total difference.
