Was there with my twins for the first time. From the reception to the service and the rooms to the pool everything was great. The whole team is very nice and attentive and the food is delicious. I will definitely come back because the region is also great and has a lot to offer.

Good day for everyone , I work here for 2 years and six months , they don 't RESPECT TARK SHOULD , they don 't RESPECT HOURS AND ALSO SUBJECT , I don 't RECOMME THIS PLACE nor to WORK FOR HOSPED , NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option.
Food @ restaurant is not at the expected level, neither service even if guys are doing their best. Same for the reception desk, too long waiting queue.
Maybe a better balance at winter time?
Nb: our room was no smoking buy we could enjoy the smoke from our neighbours on their balcony...

The Bannwaldsee Hotel is the best when it comes to hospitality. We have been in many hotels in Germany but never felt so welcome and at home. Everyone who works there is friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Great breakfast, pool and sauna. The comfort rooms live up to their name. This was our sixth time staying here and we will be back again. Pete & Karin Frey. Southern California

This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. We were only there one night but enjoyed it. We got into town early, so took the chairlift to top of ski resort and watched the hang gliders. Easy walk from resort to hotel.

Wonderful hotel that I feel is very well suited for travelers as its location is good and the amenities are very enjoyable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
