Good day for everyone , I work here for 2 years and six months , they don 't RESPECT TARK SHOULD , they don 't RESPECT HOURS AND ALSO SUBJECT , I don 't RECOMME THIS PLACE nor to WORK FOR HOSPED , NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option.
Food @ restaurant is not at the expected level, neither service even if guys are doing their best. Same for the reception desk, too long waiting queue.
Maybe a better balance at winter time?
Nb: our room was no smoking buy we could enjoy the smoke from our neighbours on their balcony...

The Bannwaldsee Hotel is the best when it comes to hospitality. We have been in many hotels in Germany but never felt so welcome and at home. Everyone who works there is friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Great breakfast, pool and sauna. The comfort rooms live up to their name. This was our sixth time staying here and we will be back again. Pete & Karin Frey. Southern California

Wonderful hotel that I feel is very well suited for travelers as its location is good and the amenities are very enjoyable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The owner don't respect client and her own workers!! Please evoited this place!! I did work for them this april!! And they not they didn't pay corect!! they still 200 euro as caution for a room that i can't Take it with me!! The general manager is a rasist person and have bad behave!! And The owner frau recklau don't want to change a person like Denis kirch that's hate mitarbeiter!!
În eny hotel, people they worked to make clients happy, they make The beat for The owner and they pay them a lot under The normal wage, and they lie also autorities i Will go to court agains them!! I happy that i let this place even that i meet very nice clients!!

Clean, tidy, serene, very good breakfast, good setting. Only criticism is that all public indoor lights were out after dark and the auto on system seemed not working making one fumbling for the light switch in the dark.

Nice hotel at reasonable price, good availability and excellent location. All facilities in the room and public areas all in good order and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were committed to making our stay an enjoyable one. Really good breakfast with more than ample choice as well. Will definitely be back and truly highly recommended.

Great location. Easy to get to by bus. Near neuschwanstein and a small lift for hikes. Only down side is the food. Not quite up to par for a four star hotel.
