I chose this hotel for an event at HCC Hannover Congress Centrum. We stayed 1 night. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was conformable, quite area. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 👌

Too far out of the way; English is deplorable thereby they don't want to help. Hotel room offers NO Coffee, Breakfast is bad. Not really accommodating to tourist outside Germany. No Shampoo provided and no control of room thermostat; no control of TV settings. Internet is reset during the evening therefore inconvenient when working.

Sleepy hotel outside city center. Arrived by taxi at midnight. Door was closed and locked. Had to wait outside for 12 mins, nothing around. Google the number and tried calling. Finally opened doors.
Small room, bed is not double.
Water was not hot enough for a shower.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and everything you needed was available in the room. There is also free parking. Additionally, the price is more reasonable compared to other hotels. Therefore, it is recommended

To be clear, it’s not a 4 star hotel
It is close to the convention center but it will be grossly overpriced for what it offers: tiny rooms, no amenities and a feeling of a past glory which is now just a cash cow.
Room cleanliness it’s also a problem, as I found hair on the bed sheets.
Breakfast for 23 euros is not worth it.

One thing was a problem. I had a security man accompanying me for work reasons. I asked him to meet me at 7:00 at the breakfast room. He came in with me, but some unpleasant woman worker came up and told him not only could he not have breakfast (it was buffet!), but he had to leave the room. To hell with my security concerns. If I had been attacked there, I would have held the hotel responsible. I thought I was in the old DDR, or even the regime that preceded it. The hotel needs to make allowance for guests with security personnel accompanying them.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped. In the night a very loud background noise in the room. I've been asleep for almost a garnish.

Very quiet, Breakfast a bit expensive, but good and lush. Chic Double Room. Free of charge Sauna and swimming Pool.

Directly at the Congress centre. The rooms are quiet, modern and clean. There is a small free bottle of water per Person. The Breakfast is very good, lots of choices and an omelette Station are available. In the case of high usage of Hotels, the 3 elevators are in the morning, to tight. You should make good time on the way to Breakfast and the bill on the evening before the last Night to pay.

Super Hotel in a pretty Central location. Great friendly Service in all areas. A straightforward extension of the room as we sat through a car breakdown. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Everything is there what you need. Our dog was greeted very nicely with a blanket and bowls. Were now already for the third time in the Hotel. Like to come again and again.
