However, the service is absolutely unacceptable. Effective room cleaning is luck, I got brand new shirts damaged by the offered laundry service and the front desk staff is the worst I have seen in my more than 600 nights at Marriott / SPG legacy hotels over the past 6 years.
This hotel is a shame for Marriott
I went to the lounge which is unfortunately in the cellar with no windows. The selection in the lounge is very limited but OK for a Monday night. The warm food they serve was really nice.
Front desk staff were very nice and competent. Definitely a hotel to go back to.
