Very unique experience to stay in. Got an upgrade to executive room and it was amazing. Very nice staff and good food including one of the best breakfast options. Will definitely visit again when in Hanover.

The hotel is alright and has a partnership with a fantastic gym.
However, the service is absolutely unacceptable. Effective room cleaning is luck, I got brand new shirts damaged by the offered laundry service and the front desk staff is the worst I have seen in my more than 600 nights at Marriott / SPG legacy hotels over the past 6 years.

Great hotel! The check in was easy and the front desk staff was very professional. We had no issue checking in with our pup. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love the high ceilings! And the bed! So comfy that it made me look at the Sheraton Store to see how I could purchase one.

Very good hotel. Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom needs renovation.
I went to the lounge which is unfortunately in the cellar with no windows. The selection in the lounge is very limited but OK for a Monday night. The warm food they serve was really nice.
Front desk staff were very nice and competent. Definitely a hotel to go back to.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. The gym was very well equipped. The staff were so helpful.

Parking is limited. Bar was closed for private event but great restaurant near here XII apostles. Loved the decor in keeping with the history of the building. Very nice check in staff. Clean rooms. Mattresses are hard.

Great Hotel in the old Pelican site, the existing historical building mass integrated very nicely. Rooms are sometimes 4-5 feet high.

Had an excellent stay in this former pen factory! Rooms were comfortable and unique. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location was perfect with only a 10 minute public transit ride to the city center

Quaint hotel in an old pen factory. Unique rooms for a Sheraton and great staff. Super helpful. Easy to get downtown via public transit.
