Convenient location. 6 minutes to Central Station. Small bed and small branket. Toilet design should be improved for privacy and shower water leaking out everywhere.

The hotel is conviniently located near the main train station with a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room was clean and functional. All good, thanks. I realized that by booking directly authentic site of smartxityhotels one can even get a discount. Will use it next time))

Really don't get the transparent bathroom design. Privacy is nice, even if you're with your spouse.
Air was pretty thick in our room. Opened the windows until it was time to sleep. Pretty noisy outside. But that is to be expected in a central location of course. With the windows closed it was acceptable.
Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing fancy, edible. Except for the coffee. In hotels I usually press espresso 3 or 4 times (depending on the line) to get something that is barely drinkable. But I was really happy with this one.

Cool hotel, very clean, awesome bed and pillow. The bathroom is new and clean, no mold. The bar next to the reception is staffed with nice bartenders and a good variety of whiskies :-) best had-to-stay due to bad weather i ever had

Very poor customer service. As someone that travels 6-8 months out of the year, I was never faced with such terrible behavior. My business trip was cancelled due to COVID19 in March, with the cancellation of Hannover Messe. Unlike every other hotel, management decided to charge guests the full amounts! If they can't get their act together with a pandemic and travel restrictions on U.S. guests, then don't trust them with anything else.

Nice Hotel in the center of Hannover. Rooms quite simple and the personal not at all so friendly as in other hotels in this category.

Well designed trendy hotel in downtown Hannover. Interesting room with wall of windows over looking the city. Funky modern decor and furniture. Optional buffet breakfast is fresh and substantial. Small bar in lobby. Friendly staff. Some people might not like the sounds of the trains going by, but it didn't bother me.

Clean, modern, recently redone...in some places still under sonstruction. No safe, no fridge, but it's a great location and friendly staff.

Opinion on room 202 --- was sold as a "comfort room"... "The comfort room is bigger and more comfortable than the standard rooms." --- Since I don't want to see the standard rooms!
Everything is very tight, directly to the road and railway out of it - however, everything is nice and quiet, huge Windows, no curtains (but with blackout curtains) -> the Alternatives are: complete blackout or Living in a shop window. Best the with of the shower in a glass box for the application.... :-/
The shower is spacious and comfortable. The toilet (also in the glass box) is a bit divided, although tight but modern and well. The large, comfortable single bed is top-notch.
The Flat-TV is a good size it is only appropriate to high. There are Sky Cinema and a HDI input. Safe too small for a Tablet. No fridge, no kettle. Air conditioning works quickly and accurately.
Instead of a wardrobe, only five hangers on the wall. Coat is hanging on a single hanger directly on the towels.
The Design is best if original but looks cheap. The corridors and the Elevator appear plush and old-fashioned.

Nice, clean and updated rooms; good breakfast; and convenient location close to the train station. Friendly staff. However, I stayed in one of the few rooms that didn’t have A/C during a big heat wave. I slept poorly between the heat and the noise from the construction right below which started very early. As far as I see it, the main purpose of a hotel room is to have a comfortable place to sleep, so the rest of the nice stuff doesn’t matter. Glad to leave.
