Exceptional staff. especially mr Rudy and mr Abdulwahid. will definitely revisit. great location, 10-15 mins away from the center. nice rooms (no carpet which is always a plus) and the windows open too which was nice. the hospitality made our experience great.

We stayed in Hannover for a long weekend and were very pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the staff (especially at reception) were very friendly and the rooms were well equipped. We would be happy to return at any time.

New modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Large beds are especially good if you are staying with the whole family. Breakfast was delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to return!

First class hotel, everything was perfect! We felt very comfortable straight away. Fresh, comfortable rooms with a great view of Hannover. Everything was very clean. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

Really an absolute dream!!! Completely redesigned and modernized. The entire structure of the hotel, including the staircase and parking garage, is clever and well thought out. The rooms are really modern and classy. It just feels great!

Not the first time I have stayed at NH, Hannover, and each time I have come back just so satisfied and glad to have stayed there as ever before! The location could not be better, the staff is extraordinarily cooperative and attentive and the rooms are just right! The right size, clean with comfortable beds and furniture! Exactly what you are looking for in a hotel, with the advantage of two car parks, the basement one so secure as can ever be!

The reception is extremely helpful and courteous. Thanks to Mr. Kaan at the front desk, check-in was a breeze, and he also shared details about the city with us. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanover.

This is wonderful hotel. What stands out is the service. I was in Hannover for the fair so mostly in hotel from late evening to very early morning. The front desk is manned by Toni and Leonardo David Valencia during this time. They had a perfect balance of professional efficiency and personal care. They made my stay stand out.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are very cozy, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast is good, a beer in the evening in the lounge is something to remember (especially if watching the footbal match). But the greatest asset this hotel had was the staff: ultra friendly, ready to support you with any wish you have.

Thank you very much for the hospitability and kind service. We had a long weekend with the family in Hannover (with one toddler), and we were impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff.
The rooms were nice and clean, and the common areas on the ground floor really inviting.
The location of the hotel was OK, with a small child it could have been a bit more central, but the public transportation lines are easy to reach.
Breakfast was very nice, and I specially appreciated the yummy glutenfree bread rolls (Brötchen) - if you are gluten intolerant, by all means ask for it for breakfast.
We can highly recommend the hotel, and wish the hotel staff all the best for the future.
