I emailed the hotel asking for them to book me a taxi. The hotel didn’t answer. I booked my own taxi and I paid for it. They ushered me into the car they booked despite me telling them it didn’t match the description of the taxi that was waiting for me. I had to pay €40 for a 20 min trip back to the hotel when i called my driver which confirmed that this was not the man driving. The hotel staff were incredibly rude and refused to admit fault that they should have told me they booked rather than ignore my email. Aside from that, I thought the hotel was incredibly outdated, musty rooms, lumpy pillows, and the value for money was appalling.

Room was good. Airconditioning was nice. The fridge does not get cold at all. I had breastmilk with me so I had to throw it all away😢

Great hotel with perfect location. Short walk to the Airport and S-bahn, that leads you quickly into the centre of Hannover. The room was excellent with a window/door that opened all the way and had a little balcony. It was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend going to this Hotel. The staff is just not friendly, you can see that they do not enjoy working there. The parking situation is a disaster. Every single piece of the hotel is taken up by a car. There are cars parked on the grass, under the trees, next to railings, on the gravel etc. If you want to park somewhere else you have to pay €32 because the only other parking lots are from the airport. The rooms are outdated, the air conditioning is definitely not strong enough to cool down the room and the bathroom design is a joke. Will never go here again.

Great hotel to stay before or after a flight. Rooms are good enough(stayed at the suite) but this is nothing to hang out. Enough for sleeping though. Restaurant tastes good and the bar has a decent variety. Breakfast starts at 5 and you can book a breakfast meal box if your flight leaves earlier. You can book parking in advance. You could walk to the airport (6minutes) or use the free shuttle service. Great deal overall, if I fly from Hanover I will stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Hotel. I had a wonderful room on the 5th floor which was very clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the airport. Some snacks and a bottle of sparkling water were provided. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. All staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Hannover.

Have always enjoyed Leonardo hotel, and I'm sure this will keep-up!
The only drawback was that the Breakfast starting at 6:00 is too late for an airport hotel. 😑

Nice hotel at good rates and an excellent restaurant. The breakfast is nothing fancy but still good and fresh. Very close to Hannover's airport and incl. a super fast shuttle service.

The overall experience was very good . The room was clean and quiet . However although it was newly renovated it was dated. There is no central a/c and only old radiators for heating. Especially the bathroom needs updating as both washbasin and bathtub were chipped .
