Wyndham Hannover Atrium

We came across a hotel voucher (95€ 2 persons / 2 nights) at this Hotel. The first impression from the exterior is ok.
The reception could have been a bit more friendly to Fail, even if I look like the Typical 4Star Hotel customer.
The feeling that one is looking forward to me as a customer, I had not. It was not unfriendly but a little more joy on the Job and a little more warmth, the feeling of being Welcome, would increase.

We had a room in the 5 floor. When you open the balcony door the noise was in the night level for a town in the frame, and Ok. When the door is closed rest.

The room was clean and everything you could need. A free bottle of water would have been nice, after several hours of driving.
A bit annoying is the two-tier beds were slides which are always a little apart. For couples, your best cuddle days are already behind Ok, for all of the other States, mattress parts, one sleeps in the bed, the crack or it will not cuddle.

The Breakfast is sufficient motivation but nothing world ending. There is for each table without a word a large pot of hot coffee ?, a small bread selection, cheese / sausage (more likely mass-produced) 1-2 Schmankel like roll mops, or some liverwurst. Egg, bacon, meatballs and hash Browns are also mass-produced goods. Taste good, but ready-made products. The cereal selection as well as the various yogurts are good. Likewise, the soft cheese selection, small but fine.
Water, tea and juices there is also a choice.

To the Hotel itself, the guest area is comfortable and chic. To download the rooms you can see the one or other point is the slightly spoiled, or even a small repair has gotten looks.

A star deduction for the service at the counter. Even if it is understandable the man is annoyed when someone wants to pay his Cafe Latte with a credit card. But here, too, the usual bare minimum of courtesy, the Pina Colada is poured, and then in the glass stirred, and the for just under 8€ ?. Then the service knows nothing to do with a Prince Bismarck searched start up then Display and cooling house, and desired liquor then found in the freezer (where it belongs).
For a 0.5 beer, 0.3 Alster, water and some booze 13,60€ is ok. As I submitted then a€ 5 meal voucher, the support told me that this was now bad because you have to enter in the checkout. If I don't want to drink a beer (for 5€ or what?) since you would otherwise have to cancel everything. On the note on the Hotel's voucher is no mention that you have to show it before the operation then made the statement. A "have a Nice evening" would have been nice, and for 4stars is more than adequate.

All in all, not the newest 4 star Hotel but for our 2Tages Trip, we are for the offer price is quite satisfied, as long as it has little to do with the staff.
