Reviews
Where do I even begin? My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster, and I honestly can't fathom how they justify charging 300 euros a night for such an abysmal experience. First off, the staff—if you can call them that—were absolutely useless. Not only were they unhelpful and unfriendly, but they acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay at their overpriced dump.
The bathroom near the buffet was being cleaned during breakfast (great timing, right?), and the stench of poo wafted through the halls for the entire meal. You’d think basic hygiene would be a priority, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.
The room itself was a nightmare. A broken heating system, empty mini bar, no towels, and a bed that had hair all over it. The pillow had a stain that I’d rather not even describe. All of this for 300 euros? Absolutely insulting.
The gym was a sad joke—underequipped doesn’t even begin to cover it. It was so pathetic, I honestly wondered if they were trying to make a point about minimalism. As for the food? If you enjoy terrible choices with zero variety and unsanitary conditions (like a spoon dropped in the food), you’ll feel right at home.
Honestly, I would have accepted all of this if I were staying in a homeless shelter where basic amenities aren’t expected, but 300 euros for this experience? Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your money here—there are far better places where you’ll actually feel valued as a guest.
Stayed with family for a night. Suddenly need to join the client meeting on the early morning.
Requested for a conference room for short duration. They politely refused and joined the client from their lobby.
The only downside is that there is no desk in the room, it should be noted in case you plan to get some work done.
But on a serious note, the positive things:
- the location is good, just roundabout a 10 min walk to be in the city
- gym, a lot of cardio so they could expand more on weights. But it was open at any time, got a disinfectant, towls, and water fountain. Top top top
- the breakfast was amazing, the variety of the fresh cooked things just awesome
- a mini bar that was free and, for that matter, a refrigerator. Again, awesome.
- the rooms were spacious.
- you could grab some apples in the lobby
Negative:
- the price for the garage parking (if you go there by car)
- the stuff was mostly friendly, but there was at least one who didn't know a lot, and you got a feeling that he didn't want to do anything at all. Difficult if you need help
We had a lovely stay!
