I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was truly top-notch! The service was outstanding, and the pool was an absolute highlight! We will definitely be back.
One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles. Unfortunately, the warnings on the windshield wipers seemed to have little effect.

It's a bit of a walk up the mountain, but the view is great and there's a big balcony. But checkin is slow and many things are not provided, for example, some people have disposable toothbrushes and some don't. The overall experience is OK.

The hotel I stayed in when I first came to Germany. No passport was required and I could check in directly. The lock of the single room was broken, so I had to re-acquire another room and it was upgraded for free. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high and breakfast was included

1. Convenient location.
2. Hotel after renovation.
3. Very good breakfast! (buffet...red fish, champagne=))
4. Nice staff.
Cons:
1. The hotel is still being renovated. But it is not indicated on the website and it was an unpleasant surprise!
2. The website indicates that there is a swimming pool in the hotel. But upon arrival it turned out that due to the renovation it is not working.
3. Cleaning in the room could be better. Quality control would not hurt.
4. During check-in, at the reception, guests are offered a glass of champagne (for children - soft toys). We were not offered anything until we asked ourselves. A small thing, but still not very pleasant.
Despite the shortcomings, I give 4 points (mainly for the delicious and varied breakfast :) )

We arrived at midnight and were greeted by Criston, very kind, smiling and always ready to help.
He is a wonderful person who made our evening more beautiful with smiles and solutions to our needs.
The hotel is very clean, modern and minimalist design, diversified breakfast with many food options.
All the staff are kind and knowledgeable.

Beautiful light interior and very good location. Not informed of ongoing work or that swimming pool was closed. A ladder was perched at the top of the stairs - so dangerous Phone not working in room. Room not cleaned every day and dirty cups not removed. Bland over priced breakfast, however very good dinner. Poor communication about issues from lobby staff. Spacious bedroom - Big very comfortable bed in room but I have come back home with bites on my skin ?:
Appreciate that some money was refunded and items not charged for (Hope management heed the issues in this review as would like to return when renovation work done.

The room was excellent—clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.
