The breakfast was good but the rooms itself could be better and the staff could be little friendlier. We were promised couple of rooms (they confirmed room #s on the phone) which were close to each other but when we actually checked in they just gave us some other rooms than promised with no apology whatsoever. It was a little disappointing. The beds were comfortable enough.

receptionist says there is no laundry in the hotel. Fitness center is on 2nd floor and pretty much worthless… ps it’s hours are 6pm to 9:30 pm … yes, 3.5 hours in the evening… the mattress is old thin foam and I feel the wood slats on my backside. You get one room key even with two individuals in the room. Remote location with nothing close to do in the evening. I'm not sure about others, but I think the comfort of the room is more important than free food.

Fine for the basic essentials and a short stay, quiet location and bus to central Karlsruhe is a 5 min walk. Bed was uncomfortable, shower door was not fully attached and came loose but was fixable. noise travels easily along corridor. Good breakfast, plentiful options.

The hotel room we booked was very spacious indeed. It was perfect for a family. The only feedback I would like to give is that, the bathrooms need a bit work. The shower glass isn't covered well, so the water spills on the floor and can be a risky situation. Also the curtains being sheer, don't really provide any privacy. However I must commend the staff as they have been super efficient. During the busy breakfast hours they managed to clear the tables quickly and made it available for their guests at the earliest. All in all its a good place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

We got an amazing rate for a night coming back from Strasbourg and it was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful and explained us how everything works. The next day we were very surprised to see an amazing breakfast, there was a big selection of fruits, all kinds of cereals, salmon, different eggs, etc. It was more like a 4-star standard. The staff was always putting an extra effort to clean after the customers and arrange new tables. There is plenty of parking in the street as well as in the property.

Very simple but clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is simple, but good quality and tasty food. The staff is nice and helpfull. Prices are like the rooms, simple but clean.
The wheelchair accessible room we had was very nice, but the shower chair was terrible. The breakfast buffet was a little too narrow for the wheelchair, but it worked out.

Parkingspace is a disaster. Lot of noise around the building. Hot room even with window open. Very bad or used matras/bed but a great breakfast.

Really nice hotel, spacious rooms w/ desk space, TV, large bathroom, good beds, free parking on premises or in the street. Very friendly and helpful staff (in English). No airco in our room(s) but fan was already available in the room(s). Great service.

Simple, but comfortable room for 5 people, clean bathroom, good breakfast. A bit strange parking as you have to leave keys to your car (two rows of parked cars, one car parked behind another one). We were confused a bit when we was asked for extra payment for extra bed even though we booked the room for 5 people via hotels.com but it was clarified on our benefit so it's fine.
