This was my first time staying at a B&B hotel, and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at B&B HOTEL München City-West. The location is quite close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. Despite arriving after midnight, I had no issues checking into my room. The room had a minimalist yet thoughtful design—no unnecessary items, just a perfectly comfortable bed for a restful stay. Big thumbs up!

The staff don't want to be bothered by the slightest of visitors' needs or inquiries. I'd never heard "Don't waste my time, I'm too busy!" from a receptionist. Very rude.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel, well connected to the train service and has plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, without being in the crowded city center. Great option if you are looking to stay somewhere at a reasonable price.

We paid for parking. Weren’t able to even enter because the ceiling of the parking was too low. On contacting we were told at first we hadn’t paid for parking, which we did.
We paid for breakfast which we weren’t able to enjoy. There was no juice for example and it didn’t get refilled after requesting. We paid for our pet to stay with us but the pet wasn’t welcome everywhere in the hotel. All in all it wasn’t what we expect based on our previous experiences at B&B which were positive.

I had a great stay! The front desk staff, especially Shibo and his colleague, were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel also offers convenient underground parking, which was a plus. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

I highly recommend this hotel! Clean, spacious and quiet room, friendly and polite staff, fast wifi.
Close to metro station (2min walking distance) and super markets. Nice and quiet neighborhood, 10 min from the city center by metro.

I really appreciated the cleanliness in both the room and the bathroom. The room was warm and cozy, which was a relief considering the cold weather outside. The bed was clean and comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep.

We went to Munich to enjoy the Euro 2024.
The hotel is very well located. The WestendStrabe metro station is only 200m away, allowing easy access to all part of the city.
The room was of very good quality, clean. The bathroom is really cool. The night was quiet.
I recommend.

Very pleasant experience. The hotel was easy to reach with public transportation so we were able to leave the car in the underground parking area. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. It was a pleasant experience in general, even more if you consider the low prices.
The only negative points are the very small spaces in the bathroom and room, and the bunk bed mattresses which are not as good as the normal beds.
