I stayed in this hostel for one night before coming to Berlin. For a hostel, this is really a great place, close to the station, clean, affordable, and has excellent service. I've been to many a&o hostels in Germany, and by far, this is the best one. Thank you for the nice stay and a really special thanks to Andrea at the reception for being really helpful and super nice.

We booked and called the A&O center to confirm the parking. Operator said that parking can be arranged onsite and this was important as we we have a higher car that would not fit everywhere. When arrived we were told that there is no parking available and we were on our own. We travel as a family with 3 small children including a 6m baby and I explained to the ladies at reception that we really need help as we travelled for 5hrs and baby needed to be nursed. No help and we were told by them to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. We did that and will never consider this place again. Staff with no empathy and no solution skills.

It's a low budget hotel. We had a 8 bed room. Really small bathrooms but it's clean and nice. Breakfast was really nice and stuff is so kind and helpful. 🥰

Stayed here with friends during the Euro 2024. We had two private rooms. If you keep in mind that this is not a hotel but a hostel and you don't come with high expectations then it is okay if you're only looking for a place to sleep otherwise I would look for other places nearby. The rooms are very small with no AC the shower is tiny and although everything is clean but old dated.

The room was satisfactory
The bathroom was a little small but was sufficient
Breakfast was good, there was plenty of choice but very busy at the weekend.
Building site opposite and was noisy at 7.30am Monday.
Overhaul value for money, but be wary if you are going Monday to Friday......construction noise may be a problem (although they have earplugs on reception).

Not a very great experience. I booked it through a travel agency (which is my mistake) but still the conditions of these rooms are not very great.
The bed wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom is really small and outdated. the vent was also not working in it. the corridors have a musty smell because of lack of ventilation. The breakfast is okay, it’s not anything great or special. it’s also really loud at nights even with all windows closed.
We asked at reception if we could change our room to a different one or have it cleaned but they refused and said it would not be possible.
would only recommend if you just need a roof and a place to sleep over your head for a few nights.

Booked a room for four people it had everything we needed and more. Cozy little clean room and felt safe staying there. The staff was so nice and friendly! Twintime approved ✅️

One of the biggest and best hostels I've stayed at. Great service, comfy rooms, and so many amenities. Plus within walking distance of the train station. Highly recommend this place!

We were 5 people and booked a room for one person cause we have to leave that night at 2am for a bus and didn’t wanted to spend more. The receptionist was kind and let us stay the whole night for the rest of us in the reception (which is 24h active). We have really fun and feel secure inside the establishment. Definitely recommended

Good location, very close to railway station. The room was a little noisy due to the road next to the building. Also overall it was a little warm. Building is old but beautiful. Well-balanced accommodation as for matters of comfort, price and makeup of rooms. Pretty clean, too. Friendly staff. The red wine and beer were decently sized and there is an atm in the building. The elevator took us a while to find and the laundry room was closed at night, sadly. Didn't spot an elevator from street level, only short stairs. Beds were comfortable, no back pain. I would consider staying here for a couple days.
