I have to say, I was vaping in the room, so silly of me, I started a fire alarm by that. And can you imagine: I gave a lot of compensating tip and they haven't charged me on my checkout.
HE NOTIFIED MY EMPLOYER INSTEAD ASKING FOR MUCH MORE MONEY. My personal judgement now: this Ronny Marshall is a really bad person.

Very nice and modern rooms, parking in front of the hotel, very quiet and only 15 minutes to walk to reach Lindau Island. Breakfast high variety and quality, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel.

Perfect hotel! Good location near Iceland and Bodensee for walking and ride bicycles. Unbelievable view of nature! Clean rooms, creative design inside, very friendly and kindly staff, can help any time.

A fine hotel and great location. The only thing missing are some accommodations such as a gym.

Great hotel; friendly and professional staff; good breakfast; small, but nice gym and cozy spa facility! The only downside is the train railway in the immediate proximity and the noise of every 15 min passing trains.
The hotel is located in a few minutes walking distance from lake Constance (Bodensee). The Lindau island is about 15 - 20 min walk from there. Beautiful scenery and amazing sunsets!

Charming hotel, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Short scenic walk to the island where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic time here! The hotel is positioned very near the island of Lindau, so it was a beautiful ten-minute walk every morning. Our room was quite spacious, tastefully arranged and always very fresh and tidy. The hotel had plenty of features we got to enjoy such as a mini-gym, a sauna/relaxation area, a quiet veranda to enjoy coffee in. For a great daily rate we also got to rent bikes from here, which really unlocked the Bodensee region for us! Breakfast was a simple but varied buffet of various cereals, breads, spreads, cold cuts and warm foods - all delicious and enjoyable! And of course, thanks to the staff's friendliness, professionalism and local knowledge, overall we had a wonderful and comfortable time here - thank you Maxhotel!
