No room service, no trash taken out. When you come from the old town, tired, only to see that the room wasn't tidied up, that sucks. We paid for a seemless experience and we did not get it. The staff was friendly after the incident though, so I am raising the rating.

Is very clean . In general it is report the price you pay. It is located near the M8 tram which takes you to so many places .

Unfortunately, we picked up bedbugs in the deluxe room!! At first, we didn’t realize what was causing the bites, but after 5 nights we were quite badly bitten, and we ended up bringing them home — the nightmare continued until we called pest control.

There's a room for improvement
Overall it was an alright stay. We booked this hotel because of close proximity to the testing center I had to attend. It is quite far from the city center so using public transportation will take you a while. Personnel very kind and attentive. Absolutely awful pillows that loose their shape and kill your neck. Next time I'm definitely taking mine. There's a parking lot available for extra payment. Which is a good option, because you don't have to search where to leave your car.

the lights inside the room were either overkill, or not enough.
My room faced the street, which was loud. The windows had to be open because it was so warm inside.
