Great Service!!!
I recently stayed at the Hotel Klassik Berlin with a tour group and the morning i needed to check out i realised that I had lost my passport. I went downstairs with my luggage and spoke to Gökhan and he was very pleasant and super helpful, I let him know that my bus had left for Amsterdam and I had to go to the Embassy and try and apply for an Emergency Passport and if he could hold my bags which he happily agreed to and said he could help me with a room should I need it.
I came back to the hotel after finding out that it would take till Monday to get an emergency passport and Gökhan immediately and attentively asked me how did I go at the embassy which I explained to him that I would need a room for another 3 nights until I could get the passport to leave the country. He happily booked me in and let me have the same room I had used that morning which was perfect. 30 minutes later i had an email from the embassy saying that had pushed it though and my passport was ready. I went back to pick it up and returned to the hotel and told Gökhan what had happened. He asked me what i would like to do and I let him know I would let him know about 2 of the additional 3 nights I had added on.
When I returned to the hotel I was greeted by Michelle, she was smilingly alot and very engaging. I let Michelle know about the situation and she called up Gökhan and she preceded to the do the refund of the additional days, the whole time she was amazing to deal with and very understanding of the situation, very good customer service skills.
Thank you Gökhan and Michelle for being so genuine, you both have fantastic customer service skills and very empathetic to the whole situation which has brightened my day. Keep up the great work 💯

+ Bed was double and good
+Bathroom is good
- shower was terrible, water takes so long to adjust, and the absence of proper cabin is bad with the curtain pulled towards you due to air flow
- no coffee table/kattle (I didn't ask either for the kattle because it would be useless without tea/coffee 😅) at this price (compare to other hotels)

Shower didn’t work. The young woman at the desk charged us for breakfast after another worker saying it was fine to grab some food. Then they charged us 18 dollars for some liquid powder eggs and a single cup of coffee then told us it was our fault for not eating more. The pictures are not even close. The place is falling apart and is not even close to what they advertise. Do not waste your money

Rooms were clean and spacious BUT not sound proof. Our windows weren’t sound proof! And no ear plugs. Next to the ALL NIGHT party outside it was hard to sleep.
Breakfast- no decaffeinated coffee nor hot chocolate. Limited fruit selection.

WORST HOTEL EVER. If I can give 0 stars I would. In the bathroom, the soap and shampoo/body wash was not refilled. The box of tissue by the sink was completely empty. NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR TWO DAYS STRAIGHT. Had an electric fan in the room, but was not provided the remote to change the power level and to make it swivel. STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Poor customer service and not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. No plates were ready for the breakfast in the morning until others complained. The hotel is in the worst location as well. You’ll hear numerous sirens and loud music nearby. The manger does not know how to do their job properly. Poor management and made the trip to Berlin suck.

In principle, okay. Functionally furnished, but clean! Great Bathroom. Nice Service. Breakfast is defective, in particular the egg dishes! Egg from the "retort" (Tetra pack). It must be so, but then rather not scrambled eggs! As the Hotel is located at a well-attended party area, you absolutely should have ear plugs in. Despite a new window, very, very loud!

Rooms are simple and clean, quite spacious too. My only gripe is with the bathroom. It looks newly referbed but the shower seriously needs some love. It doesn't stand up straight or stay in place when you move it, the shower head needs replacing, the jets of water spray every which way. Aside from the bathroom problems, staff are pleasant, the breakfast is good, location is right near a U Bahn. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again
