A 4 star hotel without air conditioning in the rooms when the outside temperature is around 30 degrees, a clear "" also, the fan is managed with little or no remedy! A cool drink from the Minibar, there is not in the room. My Inquiries at the front Desk, "no, there is no air conditioning, no room change; drinks => are there cabinets at the end of the hallway (stairway)cool as something can be bought" We are talking about a 4 star hotel! When, then, is the classification made? Also, a refrigerant Wet in the pool, went also, it was under repair/cleaning, or at least closed....My conclusion = > two stars max. and once again there book NO

Staff is friendly, the location is great, but paid Parking , a Sauna, and Wi-Fi is not nowadays, and for such a large Hotel rather beside it.

No free W-Lan for guests. A small screen in the Lobby with free Internet access. You should be able to then regulate business Affairs and his pass words. A disgrace for trade show exhibitors!
The bread rolls at Breakfast are so old that you can divide them hardly with a bread knife, right as rubber. The on a Saturday Morning. Sleep in the room only in case of open rooms with tram connections. So as well as not.

This was definitely the worst hotel I have stayed in so far. I have no idea how they got the 4 stars rating but what I experienced is a rude front desk and a zero service policy (no help with the bags for example).

We checked in with 2 person but got 2 single beds, even though double was requested when we made the reservation. There were only 3 medium size towels and 1 was dirty. No toiletries were provided. The room doesn't have a real shower, it's only a shower curtain.

The room does not have a kettle (least standard for 4 stars) and no safe. Also no mini bar.

The hotel has no air conditioning which we thought would be ok as it is not so hot in Germany now but it was horrible. The wifi is not only not free, but it costs you EUR5 per day!

When I tried to check out after one day because I didn't want to stay there any longer they wanted to charge me 90% of the second night, looks like they expect people to try to run...
