Hotel opened in 2008, renovated in 2012. In this mini-hotel 200 rooms, 7 floors.
Policies and conditions
- Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 19 per day.

Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

Good location, close to the train station.

It was clean and well looked after, even in times of Corona. What made it 5 stars for me was: we left a bottle of wine in the fridge by accident. A quick call and we have organized a way for it to return to us. Wonderful customer service.

Perfect location opposite the train station. From there you can get to Frankfurt airport in 20' by train

Modern Hotel on the station. Unfortunately, cars are passing by in front of some rooms. Soundproof Windows and air conditioning.

Air conditioning could not be switched off ,technicians, nobody in the house was cold ,after 2 hours ,we finally get another room .
Breakfast buffet was okay , service staff was overwhelmed ,in the half-empty Breakfast room .
The Hotel is very noisy.
Will not come back.

Nice with clean big rooms. Good isolation against vehicle noise from outside. Breakfast has a ok variety.

Business Einzelzimmer: sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles sauber und schlicht aber modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Im Preis enthalten ist ein City Ticket mit dem der ÖPNV genutzt werden kann. WLAN ist frei allerdings extrem langsam (1000kbit/s->> 125kb/s). Gegen Gebühr kann die Begrenzung aufgehoben werden (4€). Das WLAN ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Modern and clean hotel with no amenities at all.
No gym, sauna, overly expensive breakfast. You could try to excuse all that with the notion of "business hotel" - but: for business use, the internet (WiFi) is not adequate. Spotty connection, horrible log in experience, automatic log off (so your phone looses connection over night) and terribly slow overall. Repair WiFi and build a small gym, reduce breakfast prices and I might come back. At the moment, it's not a good value.
Corrected to two stars. Lost internet over night again so it did not download content automatically. Now I need the attachment of emails, it's 7 am, and internet speed is down to 1 MB / MINUTE!
Edit: it's not one star yet, but it's getting close. A waiter I asked for an espresso at the (overpriced) breakfast buffet told me (quote) "get it yourself, I don't have time for that." Wow.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a work/vacation trip. Clean functional rooms, close to both center and university. Even in a room facing the street we did not have any concerns with the noise from below. Would stay here again in the future even though I prefer the hotels on the other side of the train station.

Comfortable mat in a queen size bed in a half round well-furnished room. Friendly and helpfull staff.
Down side: Located next to heavy- traffic Mainz main roads. Since you cannot open the window for this reason, the hotel airco causes dry air. And lots of thirst, hence!
Upside : You know this a head when you book, so the choice is yours!
