Very friendly service. Room is quiet convenient and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Have not tried their breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hotel is near the city and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. There is also a very nice park nearby for relaxing morning walks.

Reception not functioning as reception.
Ask the reception guy for a face cotton & cotton buds, he gave me the feminine hygiene kit.
I said not this one then said I don’t know and we don’t have it.
And I ask to borrow 1 spoon and he said we can’t give you to borrow a spoon because this is not an apartment.!?!?

And the I Call the reception for 4-6 times , finally they answered. I asked for kettle , the said they will bring to my room.
Waiting almost 1 hour, the bring me the kettle.
Tired and Exhausted!
Personally I do not Not recommended this hotel.
Will be my first and last to stay at this hotel.
I had stayed at many hotels in Dusseldorf.
You can find so many other hotel around here that give you much more better service.

Staff is friendly, checking in and out were easy. The hotel has a nice central location from where it’s convenient to work attend business calls. The reason for four stars were the room maintenance, which could be better. Also, although the rooms felt clean, I got allergy (maybe because they are old or because there was dust). For the price, the quality could be a bit higher. The hotel has a subway station right next to it, and a few options of quick snacks inside and on restaurants close by that are also opened late.

The staff is super nice and very accomadating. The room had a dirty hair dryer, chipped paint/hole on the wall, and the ac isn't connected to anything, nor does it work. Not worth the super high price tag but is worth about 75 a night for a queen size bed and breakfast.

Everything about the rooms here was comfortable. Great shower pressure.
Nice bar/cafe and a variety of gathering spaces in the lobby. 24 hours self serve center for snacks and drinks.
The staff were fantastic (dealing with a tired American) and made the whole experience enjoyable.

No facilities. No WiFi in the rooms. Staff barely speaks English. No airconditioning in the rooms.

In the central part of the city, near the station. It would be appropriate to say that this hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the best in Dusseldorf. While in this city, be sure to stay here. Comfort and modernity in one word 😉

The other one is better, although farther from center. Small and old-fashioned conference rooms here
