Description
The 25hours Hotel Das Tour is a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. The major Rhine city of Dusseldorf and its proximity to France inspired the Swedish creative team Stylt Trampoli to weave German engineering and French artistic flair into a holistic concept for this property. Highlights include the restaurant and bar concept The Paris Club on the 16th and 17th floor. The spa on the 14th floor offers a similarly breathtaking view.

Reviews
Unfortunately, the reception staff was quite unfriendly, unlike the restaurant team, who were wonderful. We had been in contact with the reception a day before our stay and were looking forward to some relaxation, especially using the sauna. However, the sauna area had been closed for maintenance for over a week – with no prior notice, even though we were already in touch. When we mentioned this, there was zero understanding or goodwill from the reception.
We considered cancelling on arrival but were only offered a 10% refund, which felt like a joke. The manager on duty (I believe her name was Annika) could really use a workshop on customer centricity. After a long discussion, they offered to refund the parking fee but left it uncertain until checkout.
The rooms look quite worn and not particularly clean – even the shower head was clogged and could really use a good cleaning. Prices are on a 5-star level, but hospitality and room quality are not. You can also hear the trains quite clearly if your room faces that side.
Overall, a disappointing check-in experience. Two stars only because of the great breakfast. There are definitely better hotel options in Düsseldorf.
• Enjoyable mini fridge options included
• Good price/value
• Room design: 50/50! Not a fan pf the lego rooms that make me feel like I am in some 12 year olds room. The other design is definitely nicer. Bathtub is a bit gimmicky.
• Friendly staff
• Understaffed breakfast: often have to wait 15min for a cappuccino to arrive
Dream stay. Defibetly coming again
1. The dog welcome package included unlabelled dog food in black bags. This can be dangerous for dogs with allergies (like ours) and could lead to severe reactions. Clear labelling or avoiding food would be much safer.
2. The room design is not very practical – no wardrobe and no hooks for towels or belongings made it difficult to keep things organized.
3. The mini-fridge offered soft drinks, but no bottle opener was provided. As a result, guests seem to damage furniture trying to open bottles. Including an opener would be a simple improvement.
4. Cleanliness was disappointing – we found a pair of forgotten underwear under the table.
The hotel has potential and lovely staff, but addressing these points would really elevate the guest experience
Cleanliness: The drains were clean.
Service: They spoke German and English. I had the impression that most of the people were nice. The atmosphere was calm.
Facilities and amenities: It seems that toothbrushes were available for free at the reception. They were not provided in the room. Also, there were no slippers, so I thought it might be better to bring some. I was shocked that the bath was made of transparent glass. It might be good for couples. Also, a city tax of a few euros is charged.
Overall, I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.
I felt that the service and amenities were solid.
Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.
We were in Dusseldorf for an overnight business trip and initially booked a hotel in midtown that looked good online. Unfortunately, it turned out to be so dreadful that we left shortly after checking in. Desperately searching for new accommodation from a coffee shop, we stumbled upon the 25hours Hotel—and thank goodness we did.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist greeted us with a laid-back friendliness, efficiently booking us into a Sky Room. The room was absolutely fantastic—gigantic, with an artist-inspired design that was both cool and unpretentious. It had a free mini-bar with a few treats, a superb bathroom featuring an amazing tub, a great shower, and a separate loo.
As Soho House members, we’re used to a certain vibe, and 25hours definitely delivered with its quirky, funky, and welcoming atmosphere. The views over the city were stunning, the bed was huge and unbelievably comfortable, and the room was whisper-quiet—the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. With a separate living area and so much space, we felt instantly at ease, which allowed us to quickly wrap up our work and enjoy a couple of cocktails in the hotel’s incredible bar.
Breakfast the next morning was outstanding—high-end, delicious, and with plenty of options. Every staff member we encountered was relaxed, friendly, and genuinely helpful, adding to the hotel’s laid-back charm.
The best part? It was such good value for money. We couldn’t believe how affordable the room was—if this hotel were in London, it would easily cost four or five times as much.
The 25hours Hotel has this funky, unpretentious vibe that just makes you feel at home. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in Dusseldorf!
No hard boiled eggs for my pregnant wife. We were told it’s only soft. Amazing room none the less
Cocktails at top floor with amazing view,
Caipirinha needs improvement though 😉
- another goodie’s the sauna also with amazing city views - sadly when we were it wasn’t possible to really enjoy the recreational benefits of it since people were doin’ their stock market telcons in the chill out area.
Otherwise a very nice experience.
Recommended, with room for improvement.
