Holiday Inn Dusseldorf City - Toulouser Allee, an IHG Hotel

The reception personnel is great, super resolutive, willing always to help and nice going, I can also say the same about the personnel on the bar and breakfast, the breakfast is okay, but it can start becoming repetitive. The hotel rooms are really nice, it is great that you can find an ironing table and iron on your room from moment one. By the other hand, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. They barely clean the room! The only change towels and the bed clothes. This is important taking into consideration that sometimes some guests prefer to have cleaning after 3 or more days. Please note that they don't even vacuum, They don't even clean the surfaces... Cleaning-wise there's a lot to improve. Great costumer service, great installations.

Room was nice and clean and luxurious. Service was pleasant at the restaurant and the breakfast hall, nice and polite servers. But service at reception was not pleasant (we asked for an extra matras, there was none, thats fine, too bad, but the staff asked us to justify such a request which came off as awkward and rude and we had to ask three times even though they told us they'd contact us if they had more info, so also no good communication).
Location was ok, please inform your future guests of your loud front side rooms from trains and car traffic, we thought it wasn't gonna be as bad, it was for us, but depends per people's tolerance of noise.

PS. I'm pretty sure the AC in room 332 is broken.
