The reception staff is generally nice and helpful, though a few can be a bit moody and grumpy, which can make for an awkward experience the few times you find this couple individuals (again, the rest of them are always really nice, assisting you with any issue and providing help and guidance at all times with a smile). The bar and breakfast staff are great, but the breakfast itself gets repetitive fast, with the same limited options every day, but is understandable.

Now, the real issues start with the room conditions. First off, they only provide feather pillows, with no anti-allergic alternatives, which made sleeping nearly impossible for me. On top of that, the air conditioning doesn’t work at all – the room feels like a sauna, making it incredibly uncomfortable to relax or get a good night's sleep.

And then there's the cleaning, which is practically non-existent. They don’t vacuum, they don’t wipe down surfaces – it’s like they do the bare minimum. All they’ll do is change towels and bed linens, and even that takes multiple requests. For guests staying longer, this is especially frustrating, as there’s no proper cleaning happening. The rest is fine, but it's hard to give them more stars given these important and exacerbated issues.

Germans switch off air con in the winter. Baking it room. Their only offer move to another with no air con but fully booked so not really possible and same issue anyway or open window. So open window wake-up freezing, close window wake up boiling. Repeat… staff rude.

Rooms are very small, those with street views are super noisy and the majority of them are not fitted with a fridge (if they do, it's tiny, smaller than a microwave).

The WIFI coverage in rooms is a joke, most of the times internet doesn't work!

The hotel breakfast is just ok, not many options, especially for those having food allergies and intolerances.

There's a tiny gym in the hotel, but it's just unusable, it's fitted with weights up to 8 kg and there is no bench.

The hotel staff is not helpful at all, they look kinda annoyed from any kind of request you might have. They don't even try to help, even when the room is not as per the booking description, or there are broken items inside (like air conditioning), they keep repeating they are fully booked they don't have any other room available (but it's clear that's not the case).

I took 3 nights- with breakfast and 3 course dinner included.

Firstly, staff with broken english, but hey, I can live with that. But when I tried to order some dinner, the guy said he didn't know anything regarding dinner included. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to confirm it to him even though I showed him my digital reservation. Finally, after I ordered - 10 min later, he came and told me that nothing that I ordered was included in this dinner. I can take a Schnitzel, one desert from the list, and as start up, i quote:"we can mix some soup maybe."

Parking is also extremely expensive 21Eur - rip-off
