I stayed at this hotel a few years ago during the COVID period and returned again in October. This time, I was upgraded to a corner room, which offered a nice view. I also noticed that some renovations had been done inside, which made the hotel feel fresher and more modern.

If you’re traveling by car, this is a great option — convenient, affordable, and with easy parking. At only €65 per night, it’s a very good deal.

The breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, but it includes everything you need: fresh fruit, bacon, bread, cheese, and more. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel has great views of the river. And it’s accessible to the riverside. Behind the hotel has a mall for daily routine shopping. Everything is fine, hotel staffs are nice!

One of my worst experiences in an IHG hotel. We are IHG member and no information was given at the reception by the horrible blonde young German guy. Even we asked about adding breakfast and he told us he couldn’t add for us we had to walk to the restaurant next day. The next day we were charged at the restaurant 21 per adult and guess what? I saw myself in the screen that if you book one day ahead the price is 18! This is not even the worst. For the first time in my life I saw an 4 star hotel use more than half of the swimming pool to let none hotel guests( very noisy children) having swimming lessons for hours??! Full of hairs in the pool I feel so gross. This must be a joke. I will never visit this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, check-in was smooth.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, little bit old I muss say, with comfortable bedding and a decent range of amenities.
However, one issue that stood out was the air conditioning. It definitely needs an update. It was quite noisy and struggled to keep the room at a consistent temperature, which affected my comfort. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but for a hotel of this standard, I expected a more modern and efficient system.

Despite that, I would consider staying here again, especially if the air conditioning gets an upgrade. With a few improvements, this could easily be a top-tier stay.

The accommodations at the establishment were truly wonderful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire building. Furthermore, the amenities, such as the pool and gym, added greatly to our overall experience. We would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Overall we have enjoyed a great stay. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we got checked in by a nice & helpful young gentleman who got us upgraded to another room category which we appreciated, in particular for my Mom. The rooms are spacious, well fitted out with a good size bathroom, full of amenities, espresso machine and lots more. We dined twice in the restaurant, the food and service was remarkably good. Nice breakfast buffet spread. Loved the pool with warm water. The hotel is only a short drive to Düsseldorf Kö.

Not a great experience. Our room wasn’t ready. actually, it was completely dirty. Took nearly an hour at reception to sort it out while they looked for a replacement. Just... wasted time. And no real apology or gesture, which you’d expect at this level.

We didn’t stay for the food or use any amenities, just needed a place to sleep. Even for that, it didn’t feel worth it.

If you're visiting Düsseldorf, probably better to book something closer to the center. This one just didn’t deliver.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The room and service is very good. WiFi also worked fine most of the time. Highlight is definitely the pool area.
