I think this is the best hotel in Düsseldorf. It's an international chain brand and I feel very safe staying here!
The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy. The room is warm. The hotel is in a good location. The view is great. The front desk girl is enthusiastic. The room price is cost-effective. I have more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience.
If you expect any kind of service or help from the employees, this isn’t the right hotel for you. The reception forgot my request for a phone charger despite me asking three times and waiting five hours. Parking in the hotel garage costs 35€ a day.
The soundproof of the room is very bad
Nice view with comfortable weather. Walk across the bridge and get food. But it is far from public transport.
- Best Places - in Duesseldorf town, the Capitol City of Northrhine-Westfalia. Its Restaurant is well visited and the service team probably might be the one of the most professional, to be seen nationwide and/or even beyond - Enjoy your stay! RMcQH-Niederstein

Three things! When I rebooked my stay, I was first given the wrong price. I was lucky the manager was there to give me the monthly rate, until he opened his stupid mouth. When I tried to pay, he actually asked me if I have enough available on my credit card. That was just about the rudest thing I have ever heard. I'm still upset! Then today I needed my room cleaned, so I took the tag off my door that...
The hotel was clean and service was good.
Everything is fine. We are happy to stay here and will come back again.
Very clean and nice, staff speaks multiple languages including English. They are flexible if something goes wrong on your room. The bus and tram stops are just across the Parking lot and the park is beautiful, although the entrance is usually littered
Rooms were very hot and no way to cool them down. I think the hotel is expensive enough to be able to provide some kind of airconditioning. Parking was expensive and not the safest neighbourhood. Except for the heat, the rooms were very nice and breakfast was delicious!
The location is not so good, but the amenities are complete, the room is not small, and it was clean. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

Love the atmosphere there, ans the cheap prices. Also free car parking. For the night: the bus Station is in the near and in under 30 min you're in düsseldorf which is perfect for a party night.
I attended a weekend course in Neuss and stayed in this hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were really well maintained and clean Good size bed and bedroom with a disk and cupboard. Clean bathroom with warm water.. Good water pressure.
I am writing this review while I'm still in the Hotel. You also have to know that the Commundo conference hotels, the telecommunications schools in the today's Telecom used to be, for the most part. This is for the room layout in the Hotel is crucial. The Hotel is still used today for training of employees of the Telekom group. Because of this, the Hotel has just a single room. These are functionally...
Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.
A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.
It is a conference hotel! The rooms are quiet and big enough, the food reasonable, and the Rhine is easy to reach on foot. In the city centre in 20 minutes by foot.

I'm shocked why the hotel is 4 stars. There's no cosmetics - no tooth kits, no cotton swabs, no shower caps, no disposable slippers, no even shoe horn and no shoe brush. No mini-bar. The hotel was recently repaired, but the enamel on the bathtub is peeling. Yes, the room is of decent size. it's clean, but this we can find also in 2-stars hotels. In 4stars hotels we want service and comfort. The staff...
This hotel is excellent for business trips. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, they didn't replenish the water for three days, and the blankets were two single ones, so it wasn't very warm."
The room was very clean and quiet. So I had a comfortable stay.
Breakfast is not the best, compare with other 4 stars hotel. Service and rooms was good.
Hotel is nice. Helpful staff. Good amenities

Room was immaculate.Staff were friendly, professional and approachable.Breakfast was excellent.Cannot wait to stay again.
One request: Better bread for breakfast. The current bread has no German quality (too soft). The details: location is OK (500 m from bars and restaurants, 1km from TV tower), very friendly and professional staff, hotel interior is not very exciting, there is a nice outside terrace where you can have breakfast. We had a suite, but a better word would we loft: the sleeping room is upstairs.
Nice Front Office, Nice and Helpfull Restaurant Crew during Breakfast. Clean and Organized Bed Room
Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Location is fantastic and great vibes overall. Sara was very very helpful & helped me change my booking at despearate moment. After travelling and staying in so many hotels comparing their service, i would give them 5 star and more. You must visit with them unless you find something even more amazing. They speak very good English too.
Far from the centre, comfortable clean hotel!
Nice and clean hotel near the city centre (30 minute walk, or 10 minute public transport). Got a free upgrade of the room. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is clean and the service attitude is very good. It takes only five minutes to walk downstairs to the Rhine River and the Rhine Tower. Two bottles of water are provided in each room.
Very comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. The reception staff are helpful and great.
A very nice hotel! With beautiful rooms and beautiful lounge at the ground floor! The service was fast and easy they spoke English and german and many more languages very impressive… They were very kind and friendly which is very important! The location was lovely i would say only one negative thing but its temporarily the bathroom at the lounge is closed due to construction but they give you a card...
Nice hotel close to the river and many restaurants around. Breakfast was good. Will definitely be back.
Dated hotel in the middle of refurb. The hotels public areas seemed to be being refurbished. The floor I was staying wasn’t being done but needed it, the furniture was dated and there was a giant space where a desk / chair should have been. To e breakfast was solid - nothing special. Eggs cooked to order on request- but no signage to say that. I was upgraded to the top floor on arrival being a VIP...
Nice business hotel. Lobby, common space, restaurant is in good condition. Breakfast is good with variety of choices. The room is large and bed is quite comfy. Floor cornice is note well maintained.

It was pleasant stay ,the room view and the service were excellent. The hotel provides a very high quality of service. The reception staff are amazing, especially Ms. Amal. She is very welcoming and helpful. As for the lounge, Ms. Zainab is very welcoming too, kind, and decent.
I had a wonderful experience during my business trip at Courtyard Hotel. The hotel has an excellent location ,close to the airport, downtown, and surrounded by restaurants and cafés. A special thanks to Amal at the reception, who made my stay even better. The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. The welcome drink with various options helped me relax and recover from my tiredness. The hotel's hygiene and facilities added even more to my positive experience.
Very nice hotel. With a great view of the river. I had to return to Courtyard. This prompted me to update my review. Frontdesk receptionists Amal and Veronica made my stay at Courtyard a delight. I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The service was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Sherzod for being incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel’s location in the city center is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the view from the hotel is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and quiet hotel. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. Not sure I would've stayed for a longer period of time, but just for an overnight stay it was great. Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. At this very landscape and stylish location we did have dinner at Gut Dyckhof. Walking in everyone was giving us a warm welcome. The restaurant is very spacious and stylish. Nice hotel, nice staff, great breakfast. 2 thumbs up for them!!?
Nice welcome, good standard accommodation. Good breakfast. Good location. It met all our needs.
My first impression in this hotel was so good. So clean and organized. I liked the breakfast. You should get your room with the breakfast for sure. Some staff are not fluent in English though.
A hotel, beyond the aspirations of grandeur, beyond the symbolisms of wealth - my hand pushes the door open at 2:00am. A water cooler; the concierge with eyes like winter rain, with laughter heard at night. My room, clean but lived in through eras of modern history. Mundane, yet profoundly ingrained by recent time. Move through this pocket of quiet humanity and out, out into the city of Dusseldorf
A great hotel with a very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is very diverse and rich.

Very nice staff, large enough room for a few nights, decent value for money. The breakfast is below average. The design is interesting: I would say 80s avantgarde. Again, for a few days, but a bit painful.
Interesting and nice designed rooms. Clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast. The rooms are also in a silent area
Rooms are decorated in old soviet style. But it was okay. Bed was good. But the breakfast was super good!
Quiet, clean, spacious and friendly staff. Maybe a little bit old fashioned but no complaints. Breakfast was perfect!
The wifi is a bit slow, but everything else is ok for a 3 star hotel.
Pleasant hotel, good value for rooms and quite a good range of foods for breakfast. En-suite was a little grubby and hairs in the shower basin. This was not so good. Apart from that no issues, as I say good value for money, staff were also friendly and helpful.

Centrally located hotel with ok size on the rooms. The standard could be higher and the beds a little bit softer. My pillow was singing on the last verse and should be changed ASAP which I told the reception. Breakfast and the staff was the best with this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)
Reviews are true, worst wifi. And even reception to use your our data is bad. Had to change hotels as I could not use the internet to do any work.
Very helpful staff, Marcus the supervisor very cooperative. Old rooms but bed is very comfy 😴 Recommend
Good hotel, good price - all in all very nice staff and good breakfast - can be recommended but the location could be better
Mariott standard, a little old-styled but it is okay. Friendly staff
We've been here twice already, everything is great as always. Unfortunately, the young lady at reception is sometimes in a good mood and sometimes in a bad mood. Otherwise, it's a comfortable hotel where we always like to come back.

Nice hotel in a by car easy to reach area. Good connection with public transportation to city center/Altstadt. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is good..
simply love it the level of hygiene the staff are very nice and helpful the breakfast was very good definitely recommended.
The rooms are outdated and in my room the carpet had spots. The associates in this hotel are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok. Please change more often your lemon slices beside for the tea station. The location is great just a good 5 minutes walk to the Tram station and a few restaurants and a Bakery around.
Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too. What I don't understand is why to charge for the dog while our dogs doesn't lose hair and he's hypo-allergenic.
During my recent stay at Novotel Düsseldorf City West, I encountered several areas that could greatly benefit from improvement. Firstly, the bedding provided felt outdated and was uncomfortably small, suggesting a need to upgrade to super single-sized beds for enhanced comfort. Miserable pillow was provided one on each single bed. Overall the room feels like a 3 star rated hotel! Additionally,...

Friendly and professional personal. Rooms were ok but aircon was not good enough to cool down the room and was very loud! Price was a bit too high for this place.
Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.
Hotel is beautiful from outside and inside. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful as well. Cons : Wifi is an issue, its not stable. Even i changed my room , then also Internet issue. Also the beds needs to improve, as they are too deep. I had some back pain after getting up in the morning.

I stayed for 3 nights during the exhibition period, but the price of the night went up a lot, so it is not good value for money. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the exhibition hall. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room and service is very good. WiFi also worked fine most of the time. Highlight is definitely the pool area.
Came back to stay the second time here in May 2025. The service does not align with 4 stars. Nothing is provided in the room no matter how many calls you make, so it is definitely not convenient. They do however have amazing views from some of the rooms.
We had a good stay at Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf. I paid extra for parking and breakfast. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf - Neuss, and while the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, my overall experience was disappointing—especially as a Gold IHG member.
