Ruby Luna Hotel Dusseldorf

This hotel is my home away from home in Dusseldorf! Close to everything, guitars available to play, amazing rooms, just hands down a top-notch experience!

The staff is second to none: Alex, Al, Mo and Rob made a stressful and busy business trip into an enjoyable experience!

Staying at Ruby Luna felt like a home away from home, thanks to the wonderful team. Andreas, Jesus, Alessio, Mo, Mary, and Paddy made every moment special. Their warmth and dedication, especially during the late hours in the lobby, truly made my stay. Can’t thank them enough for the comfort and care!

This hotel was our first experience with Düsseldorf and it was a great choice. Great location, not too far from the airport and right next to the train station, as well as some of the best food and beer places around.

The staff are really helpful when checking in, and you get 2 free drinks if you opt out of daily room service.

Speaking of drinks, they are delish, and the night staff at the bar, Jesus and Andreas, were so nice to us. They even remembered us when we came back a few days later. Next time we make a trip to Germany, this hotel will be our choice for sure

I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options (also vegetarian and vegan) and the staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was available in the nearby Q-Park (3 minutes walk) with a maximum day rate of 30 euro’s. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend.

First, the rooftop is a fabulous experience though they need to put hot drinks on the menu, also the backyard and the bar are awesome! And the staff is very friendly and lovely!

If your flight is earlier and didn’t get the chance to apply for early check-in; they will take good care of your luggage.

Had two fabulous days in this hotel, I came here for business but because everything is nearby here is creating a great experience!

I 100% love it and see you next year on the same dates!

A brilliant hotel with state of the art rooms. The big windows with automatic blinds are welcome additions to a immaculately cleaned rooms.
The decor and furniture in a public areas have a perfect mix of modern and vintage, functional yet comfortable.
Best of all, every single member of staff always go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

A modern unique hotel
Well its a bit different from a normal expectations from a hotel..there is no wardrobe,just few hangers for the clothes and no fridge or something like that..
But designs in such a nice way maybe more for younger generations

Very chic, very central. Business hotel yet with a high end feel

The hotel is located off the highway in a business, industrial area. It is not possible to walk to any shops or restaurants. One side of the hotel faces the golf course, the other side faces an industrial park and other buildings; request a view room. Lobby is large and open with a high ceiling and lots of seating for leisure and business. The pool, when we were there in June, was under construction and they were working on a Saturday morning. This is a convention/business hotel and at times the wait for the elevator was long and common areas could be very crowded and noisy. Soundproofing was weak, doors slamming, hallway noise. The executive lounge staff was friendly.
