The rooms were very big and beautiful, but the bed for the kids was very uncomfortable and noisy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, there were so many things to choose of and it was super delicious. With the check-in we had some problems because we couldn't open the door with our cards. There is a hot steam bath but it only opens from 3 p.m. which is a bit late.

Got booked in here when flight from airport got cancelled, I have to say the the room is very nice along with the great reception staff named Walid, overall a lovely hotel.

We've had a half-pension arrangement.
But because half of staff was sick, the kitchen was closed. They have promised refund for dinner we didn't get. I have shown understanding when I heard it.
After a month, they still didn't refund.
Mails and phones were ignored or not replied.
I can't understand why such a hotel is playing this game for about 40 Euro's, they won't get rich with this amount.
Also, the room with airco we have booked for, seemed to have an airco which was out of work. Pretty warm in the summernight. We weren't warned in advance.
I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS ACCOMODATION.
I am looking for a legal reaction for this attitude of this hotel.

The room was decent and would be okay if the room were not so dusty and the tiles in the room were not so sticky. I read on a Google review about the air conditioning being shut off and didn't believe it, but it really was shut off or limited. We didn't have any issues with the giant hole in the ceiling or the terrible renovations done to the room. But the necessity to leave our room door open to ensure that the temperature didn't go even higher than 30 degrees was terrible. I don't know German, but guests were also angry at the reception, probably about the air conditioning and the service. There is also free parking everywhere, so why ask for 12 euros per day if you can park everywhere? An extra towel for our baby was also not provided. I know the government's COVID measures hit the hotels hard, but these small gains are not the way to save costs.

The receptionist was not very friendly, I had a feeling he was stressed or at the time when we checked in, When we asked about how is it to park on street, he was very impatient and a bit rude, he said " Why don't you read the signs,I don't know, I cannot tell you. " Instead, he could have told us that Hotel offers parking with a cost of 12 euro per night. We had to ask him about the hotel parking, he then told us the offer. I just felt unwelcome, and the whole exchange made my whole family feltl like we were walking on eggshells. I was super glad the next morning, there was a different female receptionist. Which was much friendlier.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Room have everything which some other hotels miss like comb, dental set and shoe shiner. Breakfast is very good. Nice restaurants. Mc donald and Burger King is nearby. There are also some shopping stores at walking distance. Mosque is also located at 9 mins walk. But the staff needs to be friendlier specially reception ladies ( the boys at reception were friendly though). The cook staff and restaurant staff is very nice specially the indian cook. They dont have a three pin to two pin plug converter so you must bring it yourself.

The bar is fantastic. That's about the only good point for this hotel. The wifi is terribly limited at only 100MB. The lake outside the hotel looks disgusting. The single elevator in the middle is terribly slow, to the point of taking more than 2 minutes to make it up to the 2nd floor, even without anyone else using it. The AC was virtually non-functional while we (I was in a group) were here, so it was 80°F and humid indoors. The location is nice for making your way to the airport. Another, SEVERE issue. The bathroom itself doesn't have a door, except for the toilet, which is separate. The shower only has half a plate of frosted glass covering it. So you can see anyone taking a shower in your room. We couldn't find a shower curtain or door curtain, but there is a spot for curtains on the door frame to the bathroom. Bring your own I guess. And lastly, the morning we were leaving, the water was not hot for anyone, so lots of cold showers. Some rooms, like mine, didn't even have water. I don't know what happened; hopefully that's not a regular occurrence. But my time in the hotel was very frustrating. I was an overnight guest for one night, so I don't know how room service does. But this hotel was, altogether, an unpleasant experience.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Restaurant is very good with great food and selection of beers. WiFi should be totally free in today's age......plus no English TV channels.....
