The facilities do not have A/C, sleeping after a long day of work in a hot room is not to my liking, at least it should have a fan. On hot days you have to sleep with the window open, all the noise from the vehicles passing by on the nearby highway can be heard in the room, it is almost impossible to rest. If you arrive after 9pm there is no restaurant service. Thank God there is a McDonald's across the street.

The hotel is well-maintained and overall a good place to stay.
Some downsides:
I had booked a Privilege room with two separate rooms (as indicated in the All.com app). Upon arrival, it turned out to be a queen-size bed. I asked if I could switch rooms, but that wasn’t possible.
Additionally, there was only a single duvet provided. We had to ask several times to get one extra.
Moreover, there was no extra pillow in the bag for extra pillows.

We stay mostly there for our annual Essen Spiel trip. Short drive to the fair, comfy rooms and beds, good breakfast and a small but tasty dinner offering. Nice cocktail selection.

Staff were very helpful and very approachable. Breakfast was perfect.
Only slight issue is location for folk without a vehicle.
Also need updating on dinner earlier as we went for dinner and had to down grade to Mcds which ain't great as staff there are shocking and just throw your order together.

From the first moment that I stepped in after a long hours journey the receptionist Under the name Loudke made me feel welcome with his positive attitude and professional manners.
I am actually working many years at reception and I felt good that also my colleagues from other hotel understands and show the value of Accor.
During my stay everything was so comfortable and the receptionist or other team members was always with a smile and happy to answer all my enquiries.
Definitely a place that promise great memories.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice room, comfortable bed, great location - just a 10-minute-drive from downtown. Only the TV was a little off, sitting in a corner of the room and not on the wall opposite the bed. Not possible to connect with any mobile device.

The starter was goat cheese with pumpkin, but it was a pile of cold pumpkin sheets with some crumbs of goat cheese

Breakfast was good, except for the scrambled eggs, which were unfortunately too cold. There were no croissants or pretzels but that was ok too. Otherwise the selection was good.
