Top location, room is nicely clean and spacious with good views. Perfect for my business trip. Just the wait for check-in in the front desk takes too long and I arrived around 6 pm. Wish this could be improved.

Very clean and comfy hotel, felt very luxurious as well. AC was great and room was so spacious. Good spot in Cologne where most things are nearby or 15ish minutes away walking. Highly recommend. We had a view to the Cologne Cathedral which was beautiful.

Really satisfied with my stay. room was quite big. The staff are also super nice and helpful :)

Probably my final stay here. Internet is too weak for video calls. Shampoo wasn’t replaced even after I told the reception it had been empty the entire time. The gym is spacious but clearly not a priority. No towels, no water. You can definitely get something better in cologne for that price point.

Incredibly clean rooms, also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Only downside is that parking is not included within cost of room. The parking garage wasn’t a far distance from hotel. Fairly close to the chocolate factory and the Cathedral.

Simply lovely! Just a great hotel in a great location. I am usually very picky, but this one was flawless to me. Spacious clean room with a modern design and everything looks new. Huge car garage right next to the hotel. Good sound isolation in the rooms and silent airco. The room itself is not expensive. And the area is very hip, we found many nice bars and restaurants around. 10/10

The rooms were clean, recently renovated, and spacious. The location is also excellent. However, the service was extremely disappointing.
The reception was unresponsive—rarely answering calls when we needed assistance. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, and despite repeated requests for help, the issue was not resolved. When someone finally came to check, she casually remarked that we were "lucky" the temperature was only 24°C, while it was 30°C on the 10th floor—hardly reassuring when you're melting in the heat.
Housekeeping was also subpar. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but returned to find the bed simply made up with the same duvet covers and sheets. The baby cots, which were not clean, were left untouched.
Additionally, the parking fees are unreasonably high compared to nearby alternatives.

Fantastic location and hotel. Staff are very friendly. Room is very clean and spacious. Only issue with the room is the toilet is opposite the bed and there is a gap under the door, unsure if this is the same with every room.

Location of the hotel is good. It was not easy to find the car park entrance when you drive The hotel it’s a rather old building and looks like it needs a makeover soon. The rooms are alright in size, but the noise coming from outside the hallway is bad. The doors are perhaps too thin
