Great hotel for exploring the area, room was old style as was the hotel but very nice and comfortable; breakfast is extra but excellent - served in the adjoining restaurant, hotel is directly on Luisenplatz; paid parking but great for local transport connections; room was clean, spacious and comfortable

It was a nice stay. Very close to Hbf and main attractions. We loved the city.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. It has almost everything you need including an umbrella (that's really a nice touch). Could do with a kettle and some cups for tea and coffee. Conveniently located near the end of a high street with a great selection of restaurants and retail shops. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of offerings. There's even a sauna and bikes to rent but didn't get round to using them. Will be back!

I was very pleased to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Potsdam. It is perfectly located to explore the beautiful city parks and many incredible sites. Within a half hour’s walk in any direction there is something beautiful to see.
The room was clean, bed comfy, windows open to let in fresh air and the breakfast buffet was first rate, as was all the food at the restaurant.
I felt very safe walking around the whole area, day and evening. Lots of families around, enjoying the parks, people sitting outside enjoying food and drinks. Should I ever visit Potsdam again, I would surely choose this. hotel again.

The personnel was extremely kind and available to answer any doubt I had. The ladies at the reception were always smiling.
The position was great, 10 minutes away from the central station by bus or tram (always on time and frequently). Moreover, the beautiful Sansoucci Park was around the corner.

Charming, friendly and well located!
The staff are amazing! I almost don’t want to write this and create unrealistic expectations… but we had the best two nights here. Almost no check in.. just welcome and have a good stay, clean, warm rooms.. with tons of atmosphere and character.. and then when I mentioned my birthday.. a bottle of Prosecco. So friendly and chill. Perfect location on quiet square… parking on the block. Thank you… for being so friendly and making my birthday so special.
