The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. It has almost everything you need including an umbrella (that's really a nice touch). Could do with a kettle and some cups for tea and coffee. Conveniently located near the end of a high street with a great selection of restaurants and retail shops. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of offerings. There's even a sauna and bikes to rent but didn't get round to using them. Will be back!

I was very pleased to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Potsdam. It is perfectly located to explore the beautiful city parks and many incredible sites. Within a half hour’s walk in any direction there is something beautiful to see.
The room was clean, bed comfy, windows open to let in fresh air and the breakfast buffet was first rate, as was all the food at the restaurant.
I felt very safe walking around the whole area, day and evening. Lots of families around, enjoying the parks, people sitting outside enjoying food and drinks. Should I ever visit Potsdam again, I would surely choose this. hotel again.

I reserved 1 day prior to arrival in a hotel room. During the night, I suddenly fell ill and asked to cancel. I have not returned anything, even partially or voucher. This was in accordance with the rules of the lease. However, I reserved a room and paid just before the arrival. They could at least go a little respect towards me.

This is a great hotel, centrally situated. Good for buses and trams, opens on the lovely Square. Not too noisy in or out of the hotel. Breakfast there is plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was very good.

THE Hotel is in a great location...Clean... and the Rooms are A GREAT size....
I would have Like to Have tried the BREAKFAST... 😉
WHEN I'M in the Postdam area again I would Definitely like a stay....

The rooms are nice and clean. The location is wonderful, very near the city center. The included breakfast was really tasty, and there was a variety of options.
