The reception was very friendly;
Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for breakfast, except outside, which was too cold; the service in the breakfast room was very friendly, despite the high volume of guests.
The room was okay, but unfortunately, the hairdryer and the lamp on the desk weren't working either;
What I didn't like was that they charged extra for parking.
The hotel's location is very good, as you can reach the historic sites or the city center on foot in a reasonable amount of time, and there's also a bus service nearby.

房間空間大小差不多，但床太多，佔了不少空間。房間內沒有燒水器，燒個開水都要去前台借水，而不是借燒水器，那個玩意不借。早餐也沒有網上説的豐富。

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good.
Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

I got a good sized standard room with double bed, shower, airconditioning, fridge and WIFI.
All, except airconditioning, worked perfectly. Airconditioning is not cooling, but just blowing air. I had to sleep with open windows and I could see the other rooms had to do the same. There is a road just outside, so that gives some noise from cars in the night, but I slept fine. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Hotel got free parking. No restaurent. You can buy drinks in the reception and there is tables outside.

The place is relatively clean, and is located close to the train. The room is quite small, and we got 2 beds next to each other instead of a double bed and during sleep the beds kept separating which was not comfortable, and there was no refrigerator in the room.
We didn't order breakfast.

Room with no soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbours talking. They could not provide me with an acceptable room so I asked if they would charge me if I move out. They told me they wouldn't and in the morning they charged me. I called them and they said that they know they said I wouldn't pay but the management decided I would. They refuse to return my money and ignore my email complaints. Third world country standards in Germany.

Simple accommodation with good breakfast. Very close to the Potsdam train station and to Park Sansoucci. Has a bus stop in front of the hotel.
