They are extremely family friendly with activities for children to indulge in. There is a kids area with lots of kids stuff for different age groups and some lovely rabbits that kids watch and feed.
They offer an amazing breakfast and quality dinner with nice views.
We get to enjoy the two pools, different saunas, meditation room and a gym at no extra cost.
They also have sunbeds at the beautiful lake "beach" side.
The shared duvet isn't our thing.
Friendly and professional staff, mostly from Eastern Europe and fluent in multiple languages, including English and German.
We booked two of the slightly more expensive "Executive Zimmer mit Balkon". These are large, comfortable, and nicely furnished rooms that have a lake facing balcony. Only one of our rooms had a shower cabin (which I prefer over the bathtub in the other room). Would be good if the reservation system asked for preferences (or latest the receptionist at check in).
