The rooms could have a bit cleaner - mainly talking about the floor. The shower and the bed furniture seems quite run down and broken. Location - I had a room to the back and did not hear any noise. Also its quite central and easy access to anything you might need!

No air-condition, no fridge, no botle of water, poor internet connection which drops you each 10 min. I had booked a queen bed from BW application. As a Diamond select member, i even a glas of water did not receive. They provided me with a single bed room, and i had to complain to exchange the room . This is enough not to visit this hotel never again . Otherwise rooms are standard with coffee machine . The ones on the street are noisy. You can take into consideration my remarks, if you wish.

Great and clean room for family with young kids. Great location with nearby food shop, buses and sushi restaurant. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed their comfortable bed with breakfast buffet for 15€ which is worth it. Only 4 stars due not been clean under the bed. Hotel close to Düsseldorf airport.

Building, lobby, lift and corridor looks old but Room is renovated and clean. Water amount of shower is OK then Breakfast is also OK for me. Reasonably priced staying for business trip.

Nice hotel, next to the stadium there is a large free parking lot, tram stop 50m. It takes about an hour to get to the exhibition with one change. Nice breakfast.

Always great service, Ample sized rooms, Clean. Excellent breakfast, good German bistro attached to this hotel. Easy public transport to and from the airport.

Very good hotel with a good breakfast. Good possibilities to public transport to Dusseldorf city & airport. Also parkhouse under the hotel. Only very small ailes for today's cars. But it's do able.

Nice staff, great Breakfast and a lovely furnished room. Even if the house was not yet renovated, at the time of my visit in early March 2015, I felt very comfortable during my short trip to Düsseldorf. Keep it up!

It's was a cool place. The beds are nice. The back parking is bad though really hard to get in/out the restrooms are decent and the workers there are very very nice people who will do their very best and get very creative to assist you. Not like other hotels where the people are like. Oh I'm sorry I can't so that.
