Very clean and modern hotel. Very good selection for breakfast. It is away from the city (airport area) so no local restaurants in the area apart from the one in the hotel which serves a selection of meals for every taste. Works fine for one night stayover.

A nice modern hotel in a quiet area. Rooms have a fridge and an area for a microwave but the actual appliance is missing. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away across the bridge. The walk to the airport is 15-20 minutes. The same is true for the metro stations, one to the north and one to the south. They both are on the same "S" line. Taxi fare to the airport is about 10 euros.

We spent 5 nights there to attend an exhibition. The airport is a 15 min walk from the airport. There are 2 bus stops around the hotel that would take you back to the airport and from there there is public transport everywhere. The area is very quiet and full of office buildings. There is an Aldi (grocery store) 3 min walking away. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. By default...

Kind of far from everything that I do want to visit in Dusseldorf (about 45ish mins away) and also they gave us no complimentary coffee or even water! But otherwise it was clean and nice and the room even came with a bathtub

We were given 4 bed (2 doubles) room in 4th floor for our 2 nights family stay. To get to our room in a lift you must to use physical metal key (given together with room key) but reception never bothered to tell us what extra key is for... otherwise lift will get you to second floor only, as there is no button to press for 4th floor. Very weird... in room there is a safe which we would like to...

Rooms are a little tired and they still use keys for the doors!! However, what makes this a great stay is the great staff are the food is incredible, especially the bar meals in the evening with a beer and perfect ambience. That alone is worthy of 5 stars!!!

The room is standard clean, but the tub drainage is rusty, which I had a problem with. Maybe this is an aged hotel, and overall is a fine stay. This hotel is quite near the airport but excellent location between duisburg and dusseldorf. If you cannot stand some planes flying over at night or early morning then this is not a stay for you

Overall, satisfied with the location and amenities - onsite restaurant, shuttle service, etc. However, rooms need a lot of work. Some are remodeled, others are not. Some have refrigerators and others do not (Website says all rooms have refrigerators). All rooms lack air conditioning (Website says the hotel has air conditioning), which makes them quite miserable when the temperature reaches above...

Nice and clean hotel. Refurbished up to a certain level, but still an old hotel. The prices for overnight stays are ok, but for breakfast it's pretty high. The swimming pool is clean, but for the sauna you'll need to walk a bit outside, which is very cold when you just get out of it.

We went there for a night to stay. Everything is very clean and the rooms are quite big. Everything looked nice and like you would expect from a 4 star hotel. There is nothing bad to point out. Love it.

We needed a last minute hotel booked and we are so glad we chose this one! The shuttle from the airport and to the airport was very helpful and convenient since we didn't have to pay for a taxi. Got booked in here when flight from airport got cancelled, I have to say the the room is very nice along with the great reception staff named Walid, overall a lovely hotel.

The rooms were very big and beautiful, but the bed for the kids was very uncomfortable and noisy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, there were so many things to choose of and it was super delicious. With the check-in we had some problems because we couldn't open the door with our cards. There is a hot steam bath but it only opens from 3 p.m. which is a bit late.

The receptionist was not very friendly, I had a feeling he was stressed or at the time when we checked in, When we asked about how is it to park on street, he was very impatient and a bit rude, he said " Why don't you read the signs,I don't know, I cannot tell you. All in all, the Hotel, the Breakfast and the meals is very good. Unfortunately, the rooms to the street are extremely loud. To sleep is not to think.

Nice hotel, next to the stadium there is a large free parking lot, tram stop 50m. It takes about an hour to get to the exhibition with one change. Nice breakfast.

Staff is 5 star, breakfast is 5 star, only giving 4 stars here because the hotel has a weird layout and rooms are hard to find. Another negative: they don’t have a central air conditioning, just some mobile units which don’t really work.

Nice hotel. Big rooms. Clean and tidy. Bit of noise from the trams but this means they are easily accessible. Not much going on in the immediate area so you may have to walk to find a decent place to eat. I would go back, hopefully next time for fun instead of business.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Located within 5 min from the local train station, And it takes only 2 min from the station to the airport. You can enjoy local beer at the restaurant just next to the hotel.

You should expect a regular Mercure Hotel. Nothing too fancy but serving its purpose. I booked accommodation and car parking for 14 days. The price value was extremely good. Regardless I didn’t expect the taxi costs to the airport (10-15 mins) to be between 40-50€ per way. Could have booked the DUS airport parking instead for less money. But my fault in doing enough research.

The room was good, espically the double doors but was a bit surprised about paid parking, Eur 9 for 1 night. Was not aware about that.

I was living in this hotel for visiting fair and it was great experience, it is very quiet with fresh air surrouding and room is clean and tidy. The front desk worker Mr.Can Berber is also very friendly and helpful. I hope next time I can stay them more times. :)

Clean, quiet, boring. All you need from a hotel for a night. Paid parking in front of the hotel. Free parking in front of the adjacent Ibis Budget, 30 meters away... Technical issues with the Wifi, therefore no Internet connection of any meaning. A unexpected moment of relaxation... Also, it's called Mercure DUS airport, but it's so far away from the actual airport that flight noise is no issue.

Visited this hotel for a short stay on a weekend. Room was okay - even there has been a problem with the shower making noises at night. We were very disappointed by the breakfast though - advertised at 8,50 EUR (real price 10,50 EUR nowadays) due to options, freshness, etc.

The convenience of the location for the airport, the pleasant responsive staff, the furnishings (washer & dryer, etc.) make it easy to simply move in and live. Small meals are easy to order. Daily cleaning and linen service means hotel comfort in a proper setting with reasonable price. It is close to necessary places besides the airport: supermarket, transport, and good restaurants.

It's a clean and comfortable B&B. Easy check in and out! It is located very close to the stadium but a bit far from the city center.

The location is okay easy to find, it's a basic hotel, the bed is ok, the toilet light not working, floor very slippery in front of the shower, no glasses or even plastic cups, only 2 small towels, reception open limited hours. Nice to stay there only when you have your own car , becouse you can attend this place only with a single bus and this is not so comfortable , in special when the weather is not good and nice ( it was winter when I was there and it was also snowing) . About other aspects it was everything okay. You have free internet access also a little restaurant and the rooms are comfortable

The room I started in was clean and had an Ikea feel. The bathroom was in my room. No free airport shuttle. They have a self check in if you arrive after the front desk closes. The attendant who checked me in spoke English and called a cab for a early morning pick up.

It is a luxury that there is air conditioning in the room. The window prevents outside noise from entering the room.

We were guests on the occasion of our wedding anniversary and were very satisfied with the food and drinks. The table was lovingly decorated, the service attentive. More is (almost) not possible 😉

Nice place to stay if you want save money. Just 150-200 meters from the train station. Because it is the final station is very easy to plan and go wherever you want to. Very convinient to visit Altstadt without worrying about parking your car. Just board and pay inside the train. The hotel is simple but clean.

Good location near airport. If you search for attractions in the area it's not the one, very quiet. Rooms are good, all not smoking. The bed in my opinion is very good. Sky is complete and not just 2 channels like in the most hotels. Very good breakfast, the best croissant I found in german hotels (3 - 4 stars).
