I recently stayed at this hotel, and it had many positive aspects. First and foremost, its location by Rhein was truly stunning. The view was a great backdrop, and it offered the opportunity for refreshing morning or evening runs or walks along the riverside.
The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, one area where there was room for improvement was the cleanliness of the carpeting in the room. It could have been better maintained.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast; it was exceptionally good with a wide variety of choices. Good quality of the food. On the downside, the coffee served could have been better.
The staff communicated effectively in English, which made interactions and requests more straightforward.

They gave me last corner room there no wifi connectivity was available, i was not able to connect with wifi i asked them for help and change my room and all things whatever option they have but they had single line no we can't do anything they don't have any solution for any problem they have single line we are full we don't have any rooms and all. Now i don't have any options i paid them in advance for 5days.

Clean practical rooms that certainly need renovating. Service in restaurant very unfriendly and poor quality food with small portions. Location on the Rhine is excellent.

So far, since I am in Germany this is the hotel I enjoy the most. Really clean and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is also rich and cheap. I highly recommend also the boat trip to Emmerich

The room is great. It has a bath! A nice view of the rhine. The service was very friendly but the restaurant was bad.. extremely bad. The salmon was raw on the inside. The vegetables was still half frozen. It was clearly microwaved. The burger looked decent but the burger was black on the outside.
So maybe not eat here..

By Rees standards this place is quite nice. It's a bit classier but not pretentious. Decent service, good food, great view over the river. Hotel is pretty good too. Enough parking, e-bike rental and charging station, child-friendly.

This hotel is intended to be in the 4* category. I was accommodated from November 3-8 in room 205, a nice room with a bathroom with a bathtub. The furniture is outdated and a little scratched.
What bothered me is the fact that I complained that there is no cleaning in the room, during all this time they came only once for cleaning, although I asked the reception 3 times to send someone.
At the same time, breakfast leaves much to be desired, at 4 stars I was expecting something else.
In my opinion not to give more than 2*+.

This place has a great view of the Rhine River. Prices are fair considering the view. Very clean inside including the rest rooms. Possible to rent electronic bikes here for a ride down or up the Rhine along the dikes...

They left young girls who are in their practices I charge of the hotel. No supervision of someone with experience.
