It's really a good hotel to say. Staff is user-friendly, and reception was very helpful.
Had a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast was really very good, a lot of varieties to eat.
I will book the hotel again if I am in a nuremberg visit.

We booked a double room for an exorbitant price. 3 nights for 2 people almost 500 euro. For this price I expect a big enough room to accommodate 2 people in the room but it was very small and not possible for both of us to get ready at the same time.
Breakfast buffet was good , but not everything was available until the end of the breakfast time. They are not able to provide pancakes at breakfast neither can they bring things, which customers have finished before (in my case a croissant).
On of only 2 elevators wasn't working for 3 days and they have 6 levels , so in the morning almost everyone had to go down by stairs!!! To get breakfast. At one point even all of the elevators were not working anymore.
I feel like this hotel is maximum a 2 star hotel with 2 stars they put on the facade themself.
Rather look for another hotel if I would be you.

Had gone for the Nuremberg fair in Jan. The service was commendable, there is no porter service to the room though.
Close to the train station and bus station. 15 mins from old town and most locations
Breakfast was a really good spread.
Room was clean, the towels aren't replaced daily unless you ask them. Room doesn't have an AC so can get hot. Not sure if other rooms come with AC though.

Stayed one night in family room, double bed with one sofa bed.
Room is ok, AC is available, no safe box, no coffee or tea or kettle in room, but available in the lobby. Many tv channels are not showing/working.
Bathroom is ok, but shower drainer is aweful dirty, clogged up with so much hair that causes water not drain properly during shower. We informed the front desk about the issue when we checked out, hopefully they will start checking the shower drainer each room.
But breakfast is pretty good, many selections.
Parking is 12 euro per night, parking garage just in front/cross the hotel.
Playmobil funpark just less than 15 min drive from hotel.

What to say about business hotel in close distance to Playmobil park? They offer self serve breakfasts and dinners with huge selection, although dinners aren't best. You can survive it for once a year

Brilliant. I can recommend to everyone. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. The hotel staff are very polite and flexible.

Nice quiet, calm hotel. We were passing through with children. Breakfast included, parking nearby.
