It's really a good hotel to say. Staff is user-friendly, and reception was very helpful.
Had a very comfortable stay.

房間太小了，但是衞生還可以，就是酒店前台非常難溝通，我訂了同樣的房間，第二天非要讓我更換房間，不能溝通的那種，我還要收拾行李離開，特別麻煩，如果我願意收拾行李那我完全可以換一家酒店住，幹嘛要續住呢

Overall, the cleaning staff was a bit perfunctory. They didn't take out the trash in the room once, and didn't refill the small refrigerator with new drinks and water. I reported it to the front desk and they brought new drinks. As a result, they didn't refill it the next day. I was speechless. . .

We booked a double room for an exorbitant price. 3 nights for 2 people almost 500 euro. For this price I expect a big enough room to accommodate 2 people in the room but it was very small and not possible for both of us to get ready at the same time.
Breakfast buffet was good , but not everything was available until the end of the breakfast time. They are not able to provide pancakes at breakfast neither can they bring things, which customers have finished before (in my case a croissant).
On of only 2 elevators wasn't working for 3 days and they have 6 levels , so in the morning almost everyone had to go down by stairs!!! To get breakfast. At one point even all of the elevators were not working anymore.
I feel like this hotel is maximum a 2 star hotel with 2 stars they put on the facade themself.
Rather look for another hotel if I would be you.
