This hotel is truly unique! Great location, great rooms, very good food. Everyone is nice, helpful and makes you feel at home. Unfortunately there is no pool, but all the other nice things make up for it

Nice and quick service in the beer garden in the afternoon for good price so decided to test it for dinner also. Good atmosphere inside and quick service. Really good desert and was possible to get a small cognac to it.

The hotel can only be booked with breakfast but you can have dinner in the A la carte restaurant (very good quality). Restaurant has also been refurbished recently

Excellent 4 star hotel with a completely new built Wellness / Spa area. We stayed a total of 3 days and really enjoyed it

However, even though my mother emailed the hotel a week in advance and received a reassuring stating that being a vegetarian would be no problem and that they would have good food for us turned out not to be the case when we arrived

Almost every night my mother repeated herself in German that we did not eat meat or fish, yet still the staff seemed confused and continued to serve us basic and poor food

Everything is very nice and furnished in a modern Bavarian style. Above all, everything is available what you need on vacation and does not necessarily have to be brought from home

You can see the wonderful view and the panorama of the mountains from the balcony every day. From the house, many excursion destinations and sights can be easily reached on foot and by bike

We loved everything from the furnishings, the kitchen utensils and the information, to the hospitality

Our host has thought of everything a family might need during their stay. Was a lovely spacious apartment with wonderful views. The tax we paid was a bonus, giving us a local travel for free

Accommodation perfect - beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Stefanie and Harry - the owners of the best I met on my travels, Stefanie was very helpful and gave us lots of info about the area

The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price

Please note that this hotel does not serve dinner, so anyone who reviewed this hotel complaining about bad dinner, they reviewed the wrong hotel or were paid by competitors. :) They do serve great breakfast though

My room was nice and large but with a tiny shower. The TV was likewise small but who cares. Breakfast is top notch with a great selection of cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, Müsli, bread, eggs, toast, coffee and tea

The service is perfect. Room is spacious but old style. WiFi is free and it has a good speed. Very good food. Nice swimming pool

We booked a week at the Alpenhotel Wittelsbach , opting for the romantic suite, to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The room itself was breathtaking. Marus and Anya are amazing hosts

Ruhpolding is an excellent place for walking, recharging the batteries and generally enjoying the peace and tranquility of nature

We will be returning to hotel ASAP , 3 nights were not enough……Thanks to Mr and Mrs Eismann and their Team for making us realize what we have missed by not holidaying in Germany

Very nice. Three of the room was a bit too small but it was very clean. Breakfast was rather poor. Often there were no more boiled eggs and the products were from the discounter. Otherwise everything is fine.

A hidden gem! Everything about this place is perfect. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and have a great view. The breakfast was delicious. And the owner was super nice. I wish I stayed longer, next time I will for sure!

It's a very nice, small but modern restaurant. It can be seen that all dishes as prepared at the moment, very less from cans or refrigerated, everything tastes very good and fresh

We had a great time with our one-year-old daughter at the Chiemsee and in the mountains and felt absolutely welcome in the hotel! The quiet location, the beautiful garden and the warm manner of the Steffl family (not to forget the great breakfast and very tasty dinner) delighted us! Thank you 😊!

Great view of the mountains and the Church of St. Georg, very nice family hotel with a great breakfast and only a ten-minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended.

You feel welcome right from the start, you get enough information about excursion destinations and there is a sufficient breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired

Inexpensive for Ruhpolding, although I don't know what it looks like when the Biathlon World Cup takes place there. We loved it and will come again

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Treppe bereitete ein wenig Schwierigkeiten da mein Mann nach einer doppelseitigen Lungenembolie sehr kurzatmig ist

Man konnte sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Das Essen vor Ort war großartig. Und durch die Gästekarte konnte man viele Vergünstigungen erhalten.
