I can only suggest this hotel in Ruhpolding, Helds is amazing from all aspects, the staff are very friendly and supportive. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

We have been happy to find this restaurant, with an excellent service from the waiter, with nice atmosphere, and good food as well. We have pork chop, cordon bleu and beef

We liked everything: location, stuff, rooms (extremely clean) , food (we celebrated here christmas) swimming pool. The only min was - it was extremely WARM in the restaurant

Nice and quick service in the beer garden in the afternoon for good price so decided to test it for dinner also. Good atmosphere inside and quick service. Really good desert and was possible to get a small cognac to it.

Only stayed one night but thought the hotel (and town) was worth a longer visit. Nice location, excellent room, the hotel has character and is in a nice spot.

The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price

Did everything we wanted, the staff were excellent.

We were on a hiking tour with luggage transfer and so appreciated arriving after a long days hiking to be advised our luggage had already been placed in our room on 2nd floor (in all other places we stayed we had to lug it upstairs ourselves) it's really the little things! Very clean and comfortable (recently renovated) and had a very warm homely feel

Nice Alpen Choice Clean and comfortable family room. but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast. but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited

I think I booked a room for 4 but accidentally only named the 2-adults. When we turned up with 2 additional children they were very good about it.

Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy

The amenities with the Sauna and Swimming Pool were top notch, though being limited to one household due to Corona restriction for the Sauna, though they had one inside and a smaller hut just outside the door

Went to Traunstein with my wife and ended up on this charming hotel. No problem accommodating the late arrival, room was clean but a bit long in the tooth, a good breakfast rounded off the impromptu visit

Decor in common areas is charming but the rooms would benefit from a facelift. Breakfast was served in time, the buffet was a good assortment, coffee was an automat but of the better kind

The hotel has its own small hill and cable lift for skies and sleds, so one can enjoy the winter fun in miniature here. Food is just excellent! Rooms are very big and cozy

It has, and everything is very well-liked. Starting with the friendliness, the food a dream, the facilities in the house (Sauna, steam bath, fitness room) to the location. Everything was perfect and very happy again

A lot of toys and nice game room. SPA itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Gym room is very well equipped. Outside playground is full of interesting stuff like swings, trampoline, small wooden buildings to play

I liked very much the underground tunnel between two hotel buildings, there are several showcases with awards, bikes and paper articles about winning the Iron man championship- was verty interesting to pass there

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed

Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons

The entire planning, including the organization of the music system and the photo box, was also excellent. The Alpenhof team thought of everything and made the organization a lot easier for us

Fantastic wedding location! We celebrated our wedding last week at the Alpenhof on Westerbuchberg and it was simply perfect! From start to finish everything went smoothly and far exceeded our expectations

Dislike: the underground parking was a nice addition, but it is so tight to maneuver in there. Twenty spaces should have only been ten. If you’re used to American-size parking, this was tough

As for the area the hotel is in, it's beautiful! The little lake that's only a 5 minute drive of half hour walk is exquisite. Perfect for all ages to have a swim

We have traveled extensively in Europe and have found this place and area to be one of the best. The room avd veranda have everything you might want or need. The connected restaurant was cozy and exquisite food

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly

Gut Steinbach is a good choice if you want to relax, enjoy the region and great hospitality. The restaurant and the spa area are excellent, the rooms could need a modernization.

It is a very quiet and relaxing Relais, with beautiful rooms and very well-designed and furnished chalets. The restaurant is excellent, the Maître is very knowledgeable, and the Chef is very talented

Tip: give guests seeking peace and quiet a quiet spot in the breakfast room – it makes a big difference! If you rent a garage parking space, you should be instructed in advance on how to open and close the garage door :-) Overall, a highly recommended hotel

We liked the delicious breakfasts, robes for rent for 2 euros, friendly employees at the reception. One woman speaks Russian, convenient. When leaving, I got sick, they helped call a taxi (40 euros to the airport)

We chose a hotel near the Rupertus Therme complex. It consists of two buildings with an underground passage. We had the chance to stay in both, because we made two reservations due to the flight delays

One building with standard rooms, smaller footage, in the other we took a superior room, there is a gorgeous view, the room is sunny

They give a guest card, with it discounts to the same Rupertus baths and free buses. We went to the village of Marzoll with a castle. But the Wi-Fi in the hotel is weak

Our room was great it had a double bed with balcony and a view of the surrounding mountains, it also had a section with bunk beds slightly separated so perfect for families and the bathroom was really spacious and modern with a double sink

No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English

We stayed for 5nights, during the New Year. I recommend the place for Breakfast and the Spa. Very close to Salzburg and Lofer, Ski Resort and many Shopping Center.

A bit pricey but we decided to stay overnight last minute so not a lot of choices. Wonderful staff and great restaurant attached. Parking extra per day.

A really nice, calm and peaceful hotel. It is located somewhat remote from the town surrounded by forest and meadow. Great for hiking. The breakfast was good, but the choice for diner was very limited.
