Wonderful view, high quality amenities, unfortunately small facilities with expensive entrance price. Further the whirlpool was as cold as the pool.

Although it's hard to get there without a car and the cleaning hours were confusing, the crew always tried their best to help us and they were super kind and I thank you all very much, especially Barbara, Julia, Mishu 🐻 🐕, Kristian, Nadia, Victoria and all the kitchen crew, that was patient and kind every time I asked what was lactose-free 😂❤️🙏 you made our vacation so fun and calming 🥰 the Hotel is...

Nice simple modern rooms, no fridge a minus, hot summer, no ac and big windows do not let cool air I very well. Front desk took a while to find in computer. Food tasty and nice selection

10 euros to park leaves me a bit cold, but not a game changer. Overall, a very nice hotel, with a couple of glitches that can be easily fixed

This hotel is truly unique! Great location, great rooms, very good food. Everyone is nice, helpful and makes you feel at home. Unfortunately there is no pool, but all the other nice things make up for it

Great place, large comfortable rooms (separate bedroom, lounge room, bathroom), clean, friendly reception. Right in town, very short walk from train station. Tasty breakfast, with eggs cooked fresh to your liking

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, ideally positioned between Chiemsee and Konigssee. Breakfast way above average in terms of quality. We literally had nothing to complain about!

The staff always helpful and friendly, you can also meet the owners since it's a family business If you are used to a/c climate, this is your chance to enjoy fresh air with open windows

I can only suggest this hotel in Ruhpolding, Helds is amazing from all aspects, the staff are very friendly and supportive. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

However, even though my mother emailed the hotel a week in advance and received a reassuring stating that being a vegetarian would be no problem and that they would have good food for us turned out not to be the case when we arrived

Great hotel and location. Food and amenities are above average and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Have stayed there 6 times. Loved it every time.

Almost every night my mother repeated herself in German that we did not eat meat or fish, yet still the staff seemed confused and continued to serve us basic and poor food

We have been happy to find this restaurant, with an excellent service from the waiter, with nice atmosphere, and good food as well. We have pork chop, cordon bleu and beef

Pork chop was very tasty and the rest of the food was ok. If we will have another opportunity we'll be back

Everything is very nice and furnished in a modern Bavarian style. Above all, everything is available what you need on vacation and does not necessarily have to be brought from home

You can see the wonderful view and the panorama of the mountains from the balcony every day. From the house, many excursion destinations and sights can be easily reached on foot and by bike

We loved everything from the furnishings, the kitchen utensils and the information, to the hospitality

Our host has thought of everything a family might need during their stay. Was a lovely spacious apartment with wonderful views. The tax we paid was a bonus, giving us a local travel for free

The rooms are great, the food is great. In addition, sauna, swimming pool, billiards and table tennis at really fair prices. Even the ChiemgauCard with 3 gondolas, football golf and a mammoth museum was included

It's a very nice, small but modern restaurant. It can be seen that all dishes as prepared at the moment, very less from cans or refrigerated, everything tastes very good and fresh

Please note that this hotel does not serve dinner, so anyone who reviewed this hotel complaining about bad dinner, they reviewed the wrong hotel or were paid by competitors. :) They do serve great breakfast though

My room was nice and large but with a tiny shower. The TV was likewise small but who cares. Breakfast is top notch with a great selection of cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, Müsli, bread, eggs, toast, coffee and tea

This is indeed a very nice place to stay. It is easy to fi d and close to the center of Ruhpolding. The reception was very friendly and I was quickly helped getting a seat reserved at a local restaurant

Accommodation perfect - beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Stefanie and Harry - the owners of the best I met on my travels, Stefanie was very helpful and gave us lots of info about the area

Great view of the mountains and the Church of St. Georg, very nice family hotel with a great breakfast and only a ten-minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended.

You feel welcome right from the start, you get enough information about excursion destinations and there is a sufficient breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired

Inexpensive for Ruhpolding, although I don't know what it looks like when the Biathlon World Cup takes place there. We loved it and will come again
