Room service didnt change the bedding when we asked them too and room cards don't work very well need to try 3-5 times before it's accepted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with shopping nearby and close enough to Schwerin to walk there.

I was here for a meeting meaning that my review is solely focussed on the service, catering and parking. The food was excellent. They were mostly fingerfoods for the event. However it was world class. The staff were however not well informed on what they served meaning they could not tell us what exactly they were serving us with respect to the Vegans in the group.
There's plenty of parking spaces plus the location away from the city means that the place is calm and quiet.

It’s for people who resent electric outlets - there is only one and it’s too far from the bed to plug in a CPAP machine. Wifi is quite bandwidth limited so they can sell you an upgrade. They refused to cancel the breakfast bill when we found out that we would have to leave before the kitchen is open. Bathtub instead of a shower. On the other hand the rooms are nice, clean and rather large. Recommended if you‘re into the 90ies when people did not need electricity, internet, or a quick shower early in the morning.

NH group is nice as always, services, staff, breakfast but NH Schwerin is very far from the city. If you want to bike, you will have to drive around 20-30mins from hotel to the city. If you have car, that would not be problem but still have to drive to the city anyways.

I have to update my previous review.
Because there were very loud guests near our room until 1 am in the morning we could not sleep.
Next day we talked to the manager, who took the necessary actions providing us a quiet room.
The hot is not to be blame for disrespectful guests.

As a conference hotel is quite okay
Especially when everything is paid
Holiday I would make here, however. On the one hand, to far away from it all and not necessarily clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

was there last week, temperatures were over 34 degrees and no air conditioning, they have a roof ventilator that doesn’t work.
At the bathroom there is a bathtub with a disgusting plastic curtains.
Reception was empty when we need it
Breakfast was really good and the breakfast personnel was also friendly.

I can only echo the negative comments of all previous reviewers, only from the outside, unclean impression, dirty room, blood stains on the curtains and uncleaned floors agreed to recommend in any Form, only the staff in the reception was nice; in the other a similar experience in NH Prague made

The Only thing that was in this Hotel was the friendly staff. The lawn and the Parking were very unkempt, the rooms were dirty, there were lots of cobwebs on the Ceilings, mini bar broken and the drinks were partly expired over a year long, or there is mold formed on them. I can recommend the Hotel in any case further. And no, the room was not an isolated case. In the room, which we got, because the Minibar was in the first broken, it was just the same. Also the mini-bar in the second room was broken.
