Ok hotel but full pf conferences and the services informed on thei website do not match eg Beauty Salon. Signs in the hotel are unclear and the pool area is not luxurious, just a small pool. Air conditioning doesn’t really work nor cool the room. Breakfast was fantastic!

A very nice hotel located very close to the city center.
Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.
Many options were available for breakfast with great quality food.
The hotel is also equipped with a Bar and if someone wants to relax, they can spend sometime at the spa.
Overall was a great experience.

We were really impressed with our stay here - The hotel was easy to get to and within close proximity to bars, restaurants and the city centre. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful; allowing us to store our luggage before our check in time and after we’d checked out. They were also very attentive and it felt like nothing was any trouble.
Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious, with a shower over the bath.
The hotel in general seemed to be very clean and well kept, and the breakfast buffet was very generous with lots of options, both continental and cooked.
Based on this stay we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Short: I would not stay here again
Longer: I stayed here for work a couple days, meaning I didn’t have a choice, they just booked me at this hotel. I stay in hotels for work 260 days out of the year, hence a very unbiased review.
Ok so you checked in, the staff is friendly, but I’m guessing the system they use is slightly slower than average check in times at other hotels, that’s fine and all, but what really ruined the vibe for me was that in order to get to my room… I had to take an elevator DOWN 2 floors, then walk through an art gallery that was way too long, and then take another elevator up. Like… who designed this? Unfortunately this really set the mood for the rest of the things at the hotel, so I’m not even gonna bother going into more detail other than saying it was all very average. Felt a little dated, old… but very average. I’m sure there are better options at this price class around that have been a bit more modernized and doesn’t require 2 elevators and a hike to get to the rooms after check in or to check out. Another note: when it came to amenities in the room, I feel like we’ve hit another level of cheap. They have two soap dispensers in the bathroom. One by the sink, one in the shower. They’re labeled as “hand/body/hair soap”. All in one. No conditioner, no separation between products. It can be justified as an environmental thing I guess, but it’s at the expense of comfort and more than anything just kind of comes off as a cost saving maneuver which doesn’t make me feel valued as a customer. I travel with my own shower stuff for just this reason, but it’s the principle that counts here.
The restaurant was good, service was great. The area is fine. There’s a little shopping center type thing next to the hotel, a laundromat about a 10 minute walk away.
So here’s how I averaged the stars in my review:
Room: 3.
WiFi: 4
Staff: 5.
Amenities: 2.
Location: 3.
Gym: N/A (didn’t use it).
Vibe: 3.
Walkability: 3.
Average: 3.28, rounding down to 3 stars.

Highly recommend. Very quiet and spacious rooms. The breakfast ist excellent (try to be early as it gets crowded), nice pool (I had it all for my own in the early morning). 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Value for price is very good.

Fantastic hotel, seems to me that places like this no longer exist. There were multiple restaurants within, a lovely piano bar, room service until 10:30 pm, indoor swimming pool with sauna. Staff was polite, friendly, helpful. When I reported my room was too hot at 11 pm they immediately sent up a fan. And the next day upgraded my room to a cooler floor. And it was walking distance to multiple outside restaurants and shopping areas. No complaints from this traveler.

Excellent hotel with vibes of old. Great tentative, polite reception staff who were always willing to help and always solved all of our questions and problems. Large rooms with enough space for a family of 3 with proper beds not sofa beds. Good sized pool but a little small for the number of potential guests. Excellent sauna, gym and showers with rules on use of facilities though many guests did not follow them (naked in swimming pool and sauna with kids present). Well lit large underground parking with good size spaces for large vehicles. Well located hotel near shopping centres. The breakfast buffet was fully stacked from cheeses to custom eggs, fruit to pastries, juices to teas. All for an amazing price. This hotel is superb in every way. Any future visits to Stuttgart will include this hotel.

Today we are not so lucky. We have booked 2 single bed room. And @reception we had told them that we need 2 single bed and she said sure. Your room will be single bed. She gave us a key and a bottle of water so we need to bring everything by ourselves. After a long walk we reached the room. When we opened the room. It’s a double bed room. So we called the reception, and the guy there said that we should separate the beds by ourselves. OMG they have totally no service mind. And when I said that I’ve already told them that I need single bed room. He just said that there’s no room available!!! Actually there’s not a lot of people here. It’s impossible that there’s no single room available. In the end he gave us a new room after some discussion. Anyway when you see in the website. This Hotel have 4 stars. I asked myself why there Service was like this.

Me, my wife and my 9 year-old son arrived this hotel at 21:00 to spend the Easter weekend.
Without any further explanation and without apologize, they tell us the room is not ready yet (at 21:00 / 9:00 PM).
We had to wait in the reception for about 30 minutes. We were not offered anything to drink while we waited.
When the room was ready to give us the keys, one of them called our family name out loud from about 10 meters.
The only positive thing about this hotel is that it's located side by side to a cemetery where my kid could play with some red squirrels.
Never coming back.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near the shopping centre, making it a convenient choice for travellers. However, the furniture in the rooms needs some enhancement. Overall, I had a decent stay with potential for improvement.
