Well located

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the air conditioning works well. The parking lot is also large, and public transportation is convenient. The breakfast is varied, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it is a hotel that I highly recommend.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

My parents keep coming back to this hotel because they've always been very impressed with the ambiance and service. They're willing to pay a little more for that. They especially enjoy the wellness area. Unfortunately, this time my parents discovered that the service has deteriorated: no more bathrobes or slippers in the rooms (even upon request), no more free water in the rooms (a real shame), and breakfast has also deteriorated...

We understand that everything is getting more expensive and that even a hotel chain has to cut costs. However, the Maritim is known for its very good mid-range quality, and that's what you pay for...

We hope things will improve again, as my parents have booked this hotel several times a year when they were in Stuttgart.

There's a parking garage with an electric charging station, and everything is great.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, but it is in the city center, so it is convenient to get around. The hotel is close to the cemetery, so it is very quiet if you are not afraid. The breakfast is quite complete, so it is OK overall.

All in all it was pretty good. There is a construction site in the hallway and the plug in the sink didn't work at first, but that was quickly fixed.

Very convenient location, everything is nearby, also a good bar downstairs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything is there.
