Shout out to Holly, Uwe, and Anton. The location is prime since it is on the East side of the lake, very elevated, so you get every sunset there. Absolutely breathtaking sunset. All rooms are not created equal

There are two main paths to get to the hotel, one of the main road, and one is a side walking path that you take just to the train station. Both are steep incline walking, so be cautious. But the incline is not that far

I recommend renting their E bikes since the hills are not made for rookie bike riders like myself, who rented a mountain bike. We had dinner at the restaurant 3 times and you will get your value for what you pay

The staff was extremely professional. They were able to assist us with any questions and requests we had with thought and kindness. Arguably one of the best staff we have ever had for a hotel

We were fortunate to stay in the "Alpen Chalets". Could not have asked for a better room and view of the lake. Will 100% stay in the Alpen Chalets again

Top notch spa with the spa staff being very kind and helpful as well. The hotel offers bike rentals, which we used for a day ride around the lake

The location is okay but not lakefront. Reception is fine, the bar opens only at 5pm, and the sauna is excellent, especially the Finnish sauna with a relaxing essential oil scent, though it closes early at 8pm

The hotel looks new and modern, and being part of the Marriott Group, we had high expectations. Upon arrival, it felt more like a city hotel than a resort—small, with nothing particularly impressive in the daytime

Room size is moderate but has all basics, including bathrobes, slippers, towels, and good toiletries. Breakfast is very good for Germany, with hot dishes, a la carte options, champagne, and honeycomb

The indoor pool is small, but the spa area is relaxing. Room 124 was a corner room with a lobby parking view. Everything was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable

The hotel is very new and the facilities are first-class in Europe. The rooftop bar on the 5th floor is good, and the dishes are of the same quality and price as those outside

The hotel is right on the lake and there is also a delicious breakfast. The staff is VERY nice and the rooms are nicely decorated

Unfortunately there is only breakfast for lunch or in the evening you have to reserve somewhere else

Beautiful traditional Bavarian hotel in a stunning lake location.

We think it's great that nothing is thrown away. The staff is super friendly and for the price just great 4 meals a day including all kinds of drinks great breakfast buffet. All in all the price is great for this hotel

The Landhotel Sonnenfeld can only be recommended. Big rooms but not all with showers. Breakfast very good, enough choice of cheese, and sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, scrambled eggs with bacon

stunning lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. staff is very nice and the rooms were clean and well maintained. about a 5 min walk from the lake and dog friendly. price a night was absolutely justified

there are several hotels in the area, but they charge way too much. food was amazing and the owner is very friendly and helpful. if u ever visit tegernsee, this is the place to book

Very nice people, come here for the third time. The location is great, the food is delicious and also very sustainable. Some think it's bad that there is the same soup for lunch

Dinner simple, quick food, but plentiful, breadcrumbs finite, but everything was edible. We were all inclusive, so you could even take a packed lunch with you

Situated very near the beautiful lake Tegernsee, this hotel is in a great location. We had a large room with a great wrap around balcony, let down only by a very small but functional bathroom

Breakfast was plentiful - choose what you want the night before. Very austere decor, dark walks and paintings. Nicely done but it does make the hotel look dark and gloomy

The room could be a little bit more modern (bathroom mostly). I do very recommend this hotel if you want a cosy stay at the Tegernsee

With the town centered around wellness tourism, this hotel has the right atmosphere. Sauna, indoor heated swimming pool and close to all the city attractions. The staff all dressed in traditional Bavarian dress.

I would give 3 stars for the room itself and five for the service and food. It’s also in a good location. First, the breakfast, service/staff and pool/sauna are great

Clean hotel with pool and sauna. WiFi is only free in the lobby not in the rooms. Most start speak only German.

Excellent hotel, rich breakfast buffet and high quality. The head waiters was so nice and taking care of guests although the restaurant was full. Rooms are nice, quit spacious with traditional furniture.

Room was very small, old furnishings and not comfortable, after tough negotiations we got a new, nice room, it was clean and renovated. Only the TV didn't work. Breakfast was excellent, the service was also good.

Beds are comfortable, large and heating in winter if anything too effective so we turned most of the radiators off. 50 metres or so to the main hotel which is where checkin takes place

It has a great view of the lake and is the only hotel in Bad Wiessee with direct access to swimming. This is our go to quiet destination for relaxing. The restaurant ist very good and the prices are reasonable

Here there is a very good restaurant if you don't wish to cook, or walk about 1k to find other food outlets in the centre of Bad Wiessee. Proximity to lake is excellent

Well they can’t do anything about the weather so this time we were in our Junior Suite more than usual. It is really comfortable and of course spacious

Second time at Bachmair Weissach. There will be a third. This resort stands out as the most impressive for our family. The staff, restaurants and rooms are second to none. Book a visit and you will not be disappointed.

Ideal when you travel further but need a rest after driving for 9 hours. Sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are perfect to get those muscles trained after sitting in the car all day

The resort was truly outstanding! Breakfast sumptuous! The suites were extremely comfortable and spacious! The cheese and wine party by Karma was very thoughtful, and allowed a mixing up of members and to-be members

There is a game room and also a pretty nice gym to workout. It is in the perfect location. close enough to all the restaurants, shops and beautiful Lake Schliersee park that you can walk easily

Though the weather was a bit iffy (but it was freak and uncontrollable), the location of the resort is within walking distance from supermarkets, centre of town, and Schliersee lake

It’s a great location and you’ll meet the most friendliest people here! We were looked after by Steve throughout our stay who has a great deal of local knowledge. It’s close to transport and shops and lakes

Other towns are all less than and hour on the train/bus. Restaurant servers breakfast and dinner with a bar attached to it. It’s also got a Spa for added bonus! Indoor Swimming pool and gym for guest use

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. The decor is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich, with muesli, fruits, rolls, sausage, cheese, eggs. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
