Bavaria Boutique Hotel in Munchen

Outstanding experience!! We're so glad we booked this boutique hotel for Oktoberfest it was a quick walk to the festival. The hotel is very beautiful with nice attention to detail. Our room was very nice, although I do wish there was a dresser to unpack our clothes. The service was attentive and everyone there was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and a drink in the car each night. We will definitely stay here again next time!

This is an exceptional hotel in Munich. Great location for Oktoberfest. Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond for their patrons. Will be staying here again for future trips to Munich.
Room: Loved the balcony and large fan in the room, comfortable bed. Very clean room.

This hotel is just about perfect!
Location is excellent, close to 'The Wiesn'. Staff were only smiles and helpful in every way, breakfast was included and delicious.
Bar for evening drinks? Yes they have one and they have a fine selection of spirits and good bier on tap.
The room? Ok, well, the bathroom is a little on the small side, but this is the norm for European hotels. It was still a nice bathroom.
No real complaint here. The rest of the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
Please don't book this during Oktoberfest, so I can get a room.

The service that is offered at this hotel is on par with that of a 5 star hotel!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! The rooms themselves are lovely and clean and the location is perfect! But what stands out the most is the wonderful staff that works there - they are truly so kind and attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! It was my birthday one of the days i was there and my mum sent flowers that they brought directly to my room which was such a lovely surprise. I also requested champagne upon check in but didn’t end up drinking it until the next day or so and when i asked for fresh ice they offered to exchange the bottle for a fresh cold one instead! It was the little things of their service that made such a difference. I will be back!

My wife, our 13 month-old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights during Oktoberfest. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the fairgrounds quickly and walk back quickly if our daughter ever got tired.

The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived until we left. All of the workers were very well dressed, helpful, and very friendly. The breakfast was always well stocked with a lot of fresh options.

The room was tidy, clean, and efficient. The one thing I would change about the room is that we lost quite a bit of space in the room being on the 5th floor as it is near where the roof slants and takes some functionality out of the room.

Kudos to this hotel’s management and staff. The hotel is on the West End of the city. It takes 25 minutes to walk to center of town and 10 minutes by tram. The neighborhood is middle class with a mall a block away from hotel and several good coffee shops and restaurants within a radius of 3 blocks. The hotel and rooms are thoughtfully designed and supplied. Bed and pillows are comfortable, room is quiet and spacious, and bathroom is well supplied. If anything, I suggest hotel adds a second below so it would be comfortable to recline while watching tv. In hot weather, the room has an almost silent ceiling fan that cools the air. Breakfast buffet is well stocked and serviced. Reception desk has excellent, friendly, and helpful staff (a special shoutout to Marietta). Excellent hotel. I recommend it highly.

There was practically nothing to complain about! Stylish, quiet hotel with a great breakfast! A small minus point for the paid garage parking (€20)! Keep it up!
